海に面したお部屋で朝日🌅が観られました
お部屋もお布団も清潔で
露天風呂から海を見る事が出来ます
料理は海の幸がふんだんで
特に鮑のバター焼きは温かいうちに頂きました
こんなに食べられるかしら？なんて思ってたけど
食べられてしまうんですね美味しくて😋
スタッフさんも皆さん親切で笑顔が良かった
楽しく声も掛けて頂きました🎶

紹介動画で見たよりこじんまりしたホテルでした。気になった点が、部屋のテレビがなかなかつかなくて故障？と思ったらテレビの前のプラスチックの案内カードが邪魔してセンサーが作動しなかったみたいです。ちょっと位置をずらした方がいいですね。後、夕食はとても美味しくてよかったけど、出てくる順番が。こってりした角煮が最後の方に出てきたり…。最後お腹一杯でもう少し早く食べたかったです。でも女性スタッフは皆さん感じ良くて好感持てました。
朝食も品数が多くとても美味しく頂きました。
お風呂は内風呂と露天風呂とも、決して広くはありませんがお掃除も行き届いて気持ちよく入れました。全体的にはとても満足できました。
天気がイマイチだったので晴れてたらもっと綺麗な夕日や朝日が見れたのにと思うとちょっと残念ですが…。機会があったらまた泊まりたいです。

家族旅行で利用。 お出迎えからお見送りまで、終始丁寧な接客。 広くはないが、海を見渡せる露天風呂あり、とても気持ちの良い風呂。高台にあるので、眺めが良い。 夕食の懐石料理はふぐづくし。鮑も新鮮で、大満足。 夕食後、部屋に氷水が置いてあるという気配りも。 とても良いホテルだと思います。

お盆の直前期の台風が心配された日に、お手頃価格で空いてたため急遽予約しました。 自家用車での来訪でしたが、スタッフさんが複数人おられ、適切な案内と荷物運びをしてくださいました。また、当日お部屋をグレードアップしてくださり、素晴らしい部屋にご案内いただきました。 高台の立地から見える港の景色や、高台ゆえに海空を気持ちよく飛ぶ鷹たちを同じ目線で眺められたのは至福の時間でした。夕暮れや朝焼けで刻々と変わる景色もまた素晴らしかったです。 お風呂は朝晩入れ替え制でそれぞれに良さがありました。朝日が近いからか、朝の露天風呂は眩しさと日照りで夏を感じました。 朝晩の食事は、基本的にはすべて並べられており、温かいものや生ものは後から配膳されました。お酒も豊富にあり、日本酒好きの立場としても楽しめました。鮑が贅沢にいただけたのが印象的です。朝食は、もう少しドリンクが選べるとよいかなと思います。 総じて、非常に良いホテルでした。修学旅行生もいらっしゃるようですが、正直修学旅行生にはもったいないと思えるくらいのサービス・設備でした。価格もお手頃でよかったです。また来ます。

実は昨年の秋に娘家族が宿泊した宿で 90歳の母と8回目の萩旅で利用させていただきました。 伺ったのは雨の日 露天風呂や部屋からの景色は残念でしたが 翌朝お天気に恵まれロケーションの良さを改めて感じました。 お食事も素材を生かしたお料理が多く そして何よりも従業員の方々の対応が良かったです 修学旅行生が居ても分離化された動線等 気になりませんでした。 今度は夫と一緒に伺いたいです。

The location is far from the town of Hagi, perhaps 10 to 15 minutes by car. The deterioration of the facilities cannot be hidden, but the service spirit is excellent. The hot spring was nice, but unfortunately the view from the open-air bath was not towards the town, but towards the bay next to the town. Two meals were included and it was a set menu, but the dinner was delicious, including abalone. The only disappointment was that because it was outside the town, nighttime or early morning walks were nearly impossible, and we had no choice but to stay confined to the hotel. Breakfast was also delicious.

まず駐車場に着くと出迎えしてくれるのですが、運悪く近くの駐車場空いてなかったら空いてるところまで案内ーーまでは普通ですが、係の人が全力疾走で前を走って案内してくれます（笑） 次についてからチェックイン後、案内専門スタッフがエレベーターまで管内設備の説明し、エレベーターで、行き先階まで押して、部屋への行き方説明後、頭下げて見送ってくれます。 帰る時も、スタッフが総出で並んで見送ってくれます。 今どきこんなホスピタリティのホテルありますか？ しかも、リフォームしたばかりでホテル全体綺麗だし、温泉も気持ちいい、プランはぜひ朝食付きにしてほしいですが朝食も豪勢で美味しかったです。 本当に何から何まで素晴らしいホテル。 ただ唯一なんをつけるとしたら、ついて部屋で一息つこうと座ったら扉ノックされて、名乗るの待ってたら無断で開けられ、清掃のおばちゃんはいってきた挙句、布団ひいてある？とタメ語で確認されたこと。 人前に出るスタッフはよく教育されてますが、裏方スタッフにこれはない。 いつ人が入ってくるかわからないホテルではちょっとくつろげません。 ここが直されたら本当に完璧なホテルになるのに、と残念になりました。 でもトータルでは満足です
