Accidentally booked this location thinking that it was the Shinjuku's hotel as got too excited with TRIP's Sakura promotion rate. Lesson learnt! Check location properly first before committing as unable to cancel and rebook. This location added at least 45 mins to travel time to the various places of interest. The accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request.
