Vinpearl is Vinpearl. Very nice. I saw a local rich person's wedding. The wedding was really fancy. It was fun. I want to stay at this hotel again when the weather is good.

It was a 2-night trip for a family trip during the peak season. The hotel is a bit far from Halong City. It takes 10-20 minutes by car.
The hotel staff is friendly and the facilities are good, but the TV in the room often doesn't work, and when using the heater (it was cold), only the air conditioner is available, so the engineer didn't know how to set it up again and there were many problems.
Our family of 7 uses 4 rooms, and 3 rooms had this problem. The personal safe in the room didn't work either, so they replaced it. Because of this problem, I couldn't leave the room for 2 hours after checking in on the first day and it was fixed. The TV channel signal went out again the next day, so I gave up watching TV. In fact, in this case, the room should have been changed or upgraded, but despite this stress and inconvenience, I requested a late check-out by 1pm, so they only gave me 2 rooms (1pm). For your information, the hotel room bedding and bathroom water pressure are good. The speedboat between the mainland and the hotel island operates every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day.
