MMartinI needed a room for one night because I was attending a show in Downtown Mobile. After reading reviews and looking at the location (which was very close to the venue), I went with the Candlewood. It was very nice, especially for the cost. There was a mini kitchen in the room with a full sized refrigerator, two stove burner, a microwave, and a sink. The bathroom was ver nice and had a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. My room had a great view of downtown. Oh and the mattresses ..... oh my gosh! I was tempted to take the covers off to see the brand! They were so cozy and comfortable. Also, the staff was so great! Matthew is who I spoke to at the front desk and he was absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be booking a room here again when I travel to Mobile.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, but no tissues in tissue dispenser. I also expect the bed to be made and at least fresh washcloths. The breakfast was very limited and not tasty. They need to at least invest in a waffle machine to ad. Variety. The room was clean when we arrived, the llocation convenient, and the overall condition of the building was superb.

GGuest UserThe location was great. Very cool that you live in a tower. The breakfast is not bad and is cooked to order. Also the parking is free and right next to the hotel. The best part is that three steps away you have an awesome Mardi Gras museum. I highly recommend the museum.

HHinasatxIt is so convenience and clean. However, the laundry is not good. Because teaching machine did work, but dry machine is out of service. So, I should go coin laundry.

MMadge333Staff are lovely, hotel is super nice, slight problem it’s in a very sketchy area, drug dealers outside doing trade. Yes the sercurity is good, and I felt safe, but it’s the area that’s sketchy - don’t walk out at nighttime.

CCrescenziStayed in town to attend mardi Gras ball. Hotels originality check to stay were sold out….worried was going to be disappointment since wasn’t one of first choices but was not at all ☺️…..Staff very friendly helpful even happily took some “great” photos for our group. Pleased with complementary breakfast had to offer(never know what “hotel breakfast” will mean sometimes lol)

ZZHIThere are not many people and the hotel facilities are older, but they are fairly clean. Good breakfast! Free parking is available, next to Walmart, easy to transfer by car

GGuest UserThe staff and the front desk are very respectful and helpful at times of needing anything they responded promptly and with a smile I will be staying with them again and I recommend it a good place to stay and rest breakfast and cleanliness.
