Personally think this four seasons is the ceiling of the Napa area hotel. Soon after the new opening, the facilities are very new and the hardware services are very good. The toiletries are LE LABO SANTAL33. The toothpaste is Marvis. The bathroom is implemented in a four seasons style. The bedding is as comfortable. The only downside is that the toilet is not smart and the slippers are average. The room complex is a bit like the American version of Banyan Tree. But it is more high-end than Banyan Tree. valet parking 28 knives per night. A bottle of sparkling wine and a mini cake for birthday. SPA is worth the experience. Quiet and safe. One bottle of the year 2013 wine from the Four Seasons Hotel will be served in the Vineyard View Room.

GGuest UserWe arrived just after 5. No one was there eventhough Checkin is from 3-6 on the website. We located our keys under the mat. They sent an email but it was late in coming since we did not have service driving down from Napa. On the website it mentions a complimentary mini bar. There is none. There were a few things in our room that need to be fixed. Cute place but I guess I just expected a little more. Balance in bathroom falling down and light by tub falling out. Great spot for visiting in Calistoga. Not sure about trip.com and what’s offered being current either. Lesson learned.
GGuest UserCountry hotel nature, the room near the road will be very noisy, the road may be repaired, there is a large iron plate estimated that every car will ring when passing by.
SST22228888Others are good. The swimming pool is small and the water is dirty. I got bacteria in my eyes after swimming. I went to see a doctor in San Francisco. The doctor said it was caused by a bacterial infection in the swimming pool. It is so expensive to see a doctor in the United States! Look at almost 200 dollars!
HHENGIt feels like a temporary board room, and the conditions inside are not bad. But when they arrive, they have to charge a resource fee, that is, they provide resource services such as hot springs and bicycles. It seems to be 25 or 50 dollars. Because we arrived late, and we are leaving the next morning, it is not needed at all. So after fighting hard on reason, it didn't accept it. But it seems that the big hotels in that area are like this. Relatively speaking, it feels like that place is an old and beautiful resort.
