Great location. It is situated just beside mcdo and starbucks. Staff are polite and very assisting (receptionists are very presentable and beautiful!) Room is very clean including cr. A/C is cold but noisy bec it is the conventional types (for the low price of the room, I wouldn’t expect an inverter type!). Parking area is very wide. Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste bec they don’t have it on their package. Or you can buy it on their gift shop, which I did. I also was able to request for a hair blower - it worked salon-like quality! We’ll be coming back! Had an easy time finding your location, we’re from Baguio. Love it! Thank you Hotel Gracelane!

Very Good

AAnonymous UserRooms are clean however, the air conditioner has been a recurring concern every time we stay in this hotel. We do hope that this will be addressed for future guests.

RRolando DananBeen staying here whenever I'm in the country. I like the location: close to everything. Room is nice, and clean. All the staff are nice, courteous, and greets you with a smile. The breakfast served is good as well. Everyday is a different selection. The Bendix Hotel in San Fernando is my go to place when in Pampanga.

AAnonymous UserWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem that we had at first was when we were about to check-in, they placed us in a twin-bed room whereas I booked a double-bed room. The receptionist that time insisted that a double-bed room is just the same with a twin-bed room. I showed him the type of bed and room that we booked but later on, they replaced it to a double-bed room. He explained that originally, they really give twin-bed rooms for online bookings but luckily, there was an available double-bed room that time and it is Trip.com who controls the posts on their website being the third-party. But it should be the responsibility of both hotel and Trip app to make sure that the details and listings posted are all correct for transparency and for the sake of us travellers. PS: When we got inside our room, we also noticed a used soap and opened shampoo container inside the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping staffs didn't fully-check the room after restocking the toiletries. I also found 1 dead small cockroach under the cabinet. But over-all, we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you po! 🤍

RRemiasWhat a perfect place for staycation. The cleanliness and amenity of the entire hotel was Verygood. Very accommodating staffs from arrival to our departure. We feel very welcome. The hotel staffs were very attentive to our needs. Not much amenities but the place was very relaxing. The ambience not so good. Their food was so nice and delicious. We will visit again soon.
