LLeviking666It is difficult to believe that in Japan this is a Samsung hotel. The room is very hygienic. The lobby environment is very beautiful. The facilities are perfect. The floor I live on has a kala ok (no material for free) and other entertainment facilities. There are two hot spring soups, an open-air view is very good in winter. The water temperature in the room will be higher than the open air. Even if you buy it, it is also very cost-effective. The Japanese buffet tastes very good. The service is very good. Although the front desk does not speak English, it is very Asaci. It is a pity to bring friends to live in a triple room alone next time.

We were greeted politely when we arrived at the parking lot by car.
The food was also very delicious. The portions were just right for the women, but perhaps not enough for the men.
The room and bedding were clean, and all the staff were kind, so we didn't have any unpleasant experiences or inconveniences during our stay.
It was an inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Suwa.

Located near Suwa interchange on Chuo Road.
The room is clean and the size is perfect.
There is also a loft bed.
The windows of the rooms can be opened a little and ventilated.

GGuest UserThe building itself is old, so there are some problems with the facilities, but the staff are friendly and the location of the building is great. I go out on my bicycle from the hotel and spend time with my family around Lake Suwa. The breakfast was also very clean and satisfying.

GGuest UserThe beautiful Japanese room, and the indoor gift of grape jelly, a local specialty of Nagano Prefecture, went to the souvenir shop on the first floor to buy it immediately after tasting it. The tatami experience is very good, the lake view is beautiful, and it makes people feel peaceful.
The hot spring is also very comfortable, and I want to visit again.

There was no place to shop nearby, so it would have been nice to have a convenience store and a simple map inside the store.
