Nicely designed hotel. But rooms are small and tight. Not easy to walk around. Location a little off the center of Saga City but lots of car parking available. Service was good and helpful. And you can even buy a fireworks and play!

WWasabiI am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff is very friendly and professional, they are always willing to help and answer my questions. Whether it was the front desk or room service, they always had a smile on their face and made me feel warmly welcomed.
The hotel's facilities are very traditional Japanese. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep every night. The bath is beautifully designed and provides a variety of high-quality toiletries. Allows me to relax and unwind while traveling.
Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable, luxurious and enjoyable stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone planning a trip here. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel can meet your needs and give you an unforgettable travel experience.

SSUNG KEUNIt is near and beside Main gate of Saga station. So When you come to Saga station or bus terminal, you can look around this region with this hotel. Inside hotel is silent and clean for Couple and friends and business partner. Each room has a wall, USB port to charge your phone. I think it is important thing if you forgot to bring electric plug for Japanese type. And I thought, it is important, it is best taste when you eat bread and breakfast meal. I wish to come back this hotel next time

WWAI MAN APPLEStayed for three days. Breakfast was a Japanese-style buffet. It was rich and delicious.
I was very satisfied with the different dinners I chose every night. They were Japanese food, Teppanyaki and Italian food. It was more surprising than the average hot spring hotel that only provides kaiseki or buffet-style dinner. I am grateful to all the staff for their hard work!

It's old-school decor, but the supplies provided are new, such as an advanced-looking shower head, bath salts provided in the bathroom, extra disposable towels
The ceiling of the room is not too brightly lit, dim and relaxing
Soundproofing is average, very close to the wall in bed vaguely hear someone talking on the other side
Have hard pillows, good sleep, good air conditioning, give some time to circulate is ok
The hotel will hold weddings and the small hall in the lobby is beautiful
I can communicate even if I don't know Japanese

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is the designated hotel of Spring Airlines, and all Spring Airlines packages are stayed here. The location is very good, just two roads away from Saga JR Station and only a 5-minute walk away.
You can only check in at 4pm. This is the most crowded time and you need to queue up. The clerk's English is ok and can communicate in English. Guests are provided with a free cup of Costa coffee, which can be picked up in the lobby.
The hotel room is small but very clean. The non-smoking room has been booked, and the smoking room has been booked intelligently. The corridor smells of smoke.
There is a large bath on the second floor, but I didn't try it.
Disadvantages: The network is very poor. It is basically impossible to connect at night. The speed is only a few kbps. It relies on direct 5G roaming on mobile phones.

GGuest UserIt is a quiet landscape that seems to be nestled in the forest, and the hotel on the hill is majestic, as if it boasts its age and experience. All the staff are friendly and friendly
I didn't have a dinner reservation, but when I asked, they happily obliged and had a kaiseki meal in a room with my name written on it.
I ate Japanese specialty food. All of the food was delicious and overflowing with class.
The view of the river from the spacious tatami room is exquisite.
The early morning buffet breakfast was also a delicacy among delicacies. All of the vegetables were carefully prepared, and the clear tofu soup, a local specialty, was also a delicacy. Of course, the fluffy white rice and miso soup were the best.
There were a lot of things, but the liver and taste were the best.
It was a ryokan hotelu that I wanted to go back to.
