I would give negative stars if the option was available. Terrible hotel. Very dirty. The hotel is very far from the station. The staff is rude and downright dismissive. They don’t even acknowledge your existence. We stayed there from oct 25-27. But the place was terrible. We paid for early check in as well, but they gave us a room with broken tiles, missing shower curtain, broken toilet paper stand. See photos. We went for breakfast, which was supposed to start at 7:30, but was not open till 7:50 am. The food was not enough for even 10 people. The server was extremely rude. First day they served poha which was extremely oily and raw. I actually threw up after eating their food. We requested chai 5 times before they bothered to listen to us. Also, the staff seems particularly disposed to ignoring Indians, while preferring to cater to foreigners. You can talk, request , they won’t even look at you if you are not white. If you are at the breakfast at the same time as non-colored people, be prepared to be treated as crap. Not to mention the hotel was under construction and you could hear noise all day. It was constant banging till 11 pm in the night. Our A/C was also not working. Finally, we were suffocating in the room so we asked them outright why they have given us such a room. Then they changed our room to a much better room, but their service was still horrible. We just skipped any breakfast in their hotel after that. I was took scared to try. Please avoid. It is also hard to get transportation to and from the hotel as it is so far off the center.

Overall it was fabulous experience. Rooms are very clean. Narendra sing was really helpful, kept our rooms uptodate. The front staff, Bhavana and manager Achal Dhavan were really warm, cheerful and welcoming. We needed help for Vrindavan tour and the health club manager went out the way and help arranging darshan tour. I would highly recommend Nidhivan if you are staying in Vrindavan. Thank you for Shree Bhagvat Gita, Vrindavan mitti and beauty pichwai photo card.

We recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel with family, and while there were some good aspects, the experience fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. Positives: Location: Convenient and accessible. Food: Good quality, although juice options were limited. Cleanliness: Rooms were well-maintained. Reception Staff: Responsive to basic requests. Negatives: 1. Gushing Noise in Room 307: Our stay was severely disrupted by a persistent ”gushing noise” from the air vents installed (photo enclosed) on the terrace. This loud and continuous noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. Despite complaining twice during the night, the noise was only temporarily stopped after 30 minutes. The staff refused to acknowledge the actual issue related to the room’s location and instead pretended there wasn’t a problem. It was frustrating, as it appeared they were aware of the issue beforehand. The noise resumed at 7 AM, forcing us to investigate and confirm its source. At noon, we were finally offered another room, but this delayed resolution was unacceptable. 2. Frequent Electricity Cuts: To our surprise, there were numerous power outages during our stay, some lasting over an hour. This is highly uncharacteristic of a hotel of this caliber and added to the inconvenience. While some aspects of the stay were satisfactory, these significant issues—particularly the noise, lack of transparency, and power cuts—were deeply disappointing. Such lapses in service and infrastructure management are unacceptable for a reputed hotel chain like Radisson.

Very easy to go all temples, very near to the hotel.Fully AC rooms excellent service all the time, food very delicious, all staff were very accommodating to my needs. Even the receptionist s was very understanding and always ready to help with smile a smile.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located within walking distance to the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. it is approximately 10-12 min walk. The rooms are quite ok with decent in size for couple & One child. Although Toilets need to be cleaner. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel provides good breakfast. The hotel building is older one, renovation require. The Staff is co-operative.
