Also, the rooms are directly opposite each other and very close, which means any conversations happening outside the doors are quite loud and disturbing.

We ordered family room, supposed get sofa bed, but the sofa bed broken so must change with extra bed. I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. The location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with comprehensive facilities. It's clean, tidy, safe, and quiet, making it ideal for business travelers. The service is excellent, with friendly staff, and the restaurant offers good food.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the service is satisfying. The facilities are also well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. As a suggestion, for connecting rooms, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the next room is still quite audible and can affect comfort, especially if guests are not acquainted. I hope it continues to improve in the future and remains a great choice for a stay.
