Quite a good hotel, spacious and comfortable, suitable for a large family.

I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. The location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

I stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying. The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

The location is excellent, right inside the mall and very secure. Breakfast was average, with a focus on local dishes. The room was quite large but not very well-maintained. Overall, it was good value for money. I'd come back again.
