This was our second visit although the first was a few years ago. we had forgotten how lovely it is.
Hotel was really busy because they had 2 weddings and it was Bank holiday weekend .
Despite all that, the staff were very friendly, pleasant and efficient. Obviously used to keeping cool calm and collected.

GGuest UserGreat Hotel in lovely location - have stayed a few times and loved it - however unfortunately this time was let down by staff shortage - my Room was not cleaned or any fresh towels amd products replaced . Reception desk was often no one there - my card key for room did not work - twice had to go back down to replace and had to wait along time in both occassions as no one on reception - it ruined my stay ,this time.

Drinks at bar exhorbitant price and restaurant food good but well overpriced.
Had a nice time but no Christmas menu on 14th December.
