From the initial surprise to the final shock 🙀, the hotel is newly renovated, but is the hotel's shower room designed wrong? The shower floor is higher than the outside floor, and there is no water retaining bar or water retaining door. The water flows from the shower to the outside floor, and there is no floor drain on the outside floor. Every time you take a shower, you have to clean up a lot of accumulated water.

Hotel is near the airport, but very far away from the main Marseilles area. No local buses to take you to the main Marseilles area. Hotel is in a very remote area with only a few places to dine nearby. Pool was adequate. Staff was very friendly and the free transport to the airport was very nice!

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Marseille Provence Airport located approximately 1km away and Aix-en-Provence TGV Station roughly 11km away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the La Passerelle, Skatepark de Vitrolles (nouveau) and Les Hermès Swimming Pool all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Vitrolles hotel can make use of the parking facilities. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Great gym, pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice place and excellent staff. Only complaint is that there is not an earlier shuttle to the airport which is about a 6 /7 min walk away when there are clearly people such as myself and others who needed to be at the airport before 5 am. It’s an easy walk, which I took, however since the airport is under construction and there are no clear markings as to which side of the airport to go to, it took us nearly a half hour to reach our destination with 2 children in tow and pulling luggage. This could have been easily done with a shuttle service that coordinated with all these early flights. By 5 am the airport was packed with long lines. I will not stay here again for that reason. I paid the extra for a nice hotel with shuttle service. So it’s not worth it to me if there is only half of what is needed.

いいちこThere is a free shuttle bus from the airport, so even if you arrive late at night they will come and pick you up right away! The breakfast buffet had more variety than I expected, which was great♪ The only thing that was disappointing was that I booked two rooms for one person, but they put us in one room for two. Even though the price was cheaper for two people per room, they wouldn't refund me. I should have checked more carefully when I checked in, but in the end, I ended up paying extra, which was annoying. But the facilities at the inn, the breakfast that you can eat on the terrace, and the access were all good!

Понравилось расположение,рядом магазин и заправка с парковкой.Не понравилось размер комнаты и обман с ценами.В booking цена за двоих на 2 ночи 162€,а через Trip 148.20$.Естественно мы берём через Trip.Человек на входе(администратор) требует с вас ещё 3.80€ Tax,ну ок.После выселения потребовали чек,администратор уже другой и в чеке наша цена 142€.По факту этот отель должен стоить 126€ и не больше.

GGuest UserChristophe's pad is convenient for the shops, markets and sights of Aix, is in a pleasant neighbourhood, and has parking which is valuable because finding anywhere to park in the city is difficult, once you negotiate your way past La Fada, a sad neighbour who stands in front of your car and rambles on incomprehensibly. The pad is well provided with pots, pans etc and supplied with tea, coffee, herbs, spices etc, though it could do with a toaster, as well as a rubber mat for the inside of the bath because one can slip easily. It's a pad best for people who are fit - it's on the 3rd floor, and who get up, eat and go to bed at the same time because it is very sonorous with the slightest noise reverberating around the flat. For example I was forbidden to wear slippers by my wife because very step sounded on the laminated floor - there are no carpets or rugs - and every cut and scrape on the Ikea crockery grated.
