The overall environment of the hotel, including the planting, is amazing. It was a very huge project and they did a very good job admiring. The only pity is that the service staff in the restaurant are not very skilled. At dinner, the service staff leaked out when they poured water. It was a small accident. But the service staff for breakfast the next day. Sprinkle a large slice of our bread when we bring cappuccino. That makes us very impressed. A Michelin-star dining restaurant. We'll ask him for a higher standard

The rooms are large and the comfortable bed, spacious bathroom ( just a small extra room for personal use is missing) The spa is available free of charge for the hotel's clients, which is very valuable Small and friendly home offered for customers Saturday night

Hotel on the port of Santa Lucia and right next to the Saint Raphaël convention center. Walk between 20 and 30 min. to access the city center but entirely doable. Free parking until May 31 all around the hotel. Lots of restaurants, Spar supermarket nearby. Very good superior room with sea and port view. Complete breakfast with good products. Hotel recommended for its calm too.

Great place to stay! We’ve had a room with the balcony, spacious and clean. Beach is 5mins away, lots of bars and restaurants around.

Mixed experience – some disappointments for a ”spa hotel” The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included. Also, I found it quite strange that I wasn’t allowed into the pool with a brand new swim short. They said only traditional swimwear (briefs or tight-fitting swimsuits) were allowed for ”hygiene reasons,” which I don’t really understand. My swim short was completely clean and never worn before.

Breakfast did not eat, dinner food is the most unpalatable French dish I have ever eaten, duck breast meat feels like a semi-finished skewers bought by the supermarket, snails are the supermarket's quick freeze after thawing, the room is small, after the payment is upgraded to a family room, this town is not popular. Arrived at 2 pm and was told that you need to wait for an hour at the front desk. Although the room is good, the check-in time is three o'clock and cannot be advanced. Not recommended.

L'hôtel propose une vue magnifique sur le lever de soleil et ça vaut quelques désagréments. Les chambres sont propres mais la salle des repas ne l'est pas. Nous étions dans les premiers au petit déjeuner et il y avait des restes alimentaires sont du gruyère (du dîner de la veille) sur les chaises et le sol. Les chambres n'ont ni de frigo ni de minibar (ce qui obligatoire dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais c'est un ”club” et non un hôtel) donc pour conserver des aliments pour bébé c'est impossible sachant que la cuisine et la réception refusent de prendre ne serait ce qu'une boîte de vache qui rit.

The hotel is located in the small town on the shore of Lake Santa Cross. It has a pizza restaurant. The off-season is very clean. The internal environment is hard to maintain and the overall comfort is comfortable, but some equipment in the room is a bit old.
