Villa de los Sueños is a beautifully landscaped and gated estate located in the prestigious Punta Aguila neighborhood of Casa de Campo on the south shore of the Dominican Republic. The Villa sits on the 11th hole of Teeth of the Dog, the world-famous professional golf course of Casa de Campo, a 100 yards from the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, and a short golf cart ride away from all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach and its oceanfront pools, the Resort Hotel, all sporting facilities, Marina shops, and the stylish village of Altos de Chavon.You enter the Moroccan villa through 10-foot arched doors into a double-height foyer and living room with a large front terrace suitable for entertaining or for playing table tennis. Our 1st bedroom has a king, 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds . My condo has a capacity to sleep max 6 but, for comforts sake, the ideal number of people is 4.The condo is fully equipped with everything you'll need to get yourself started upon arrival including: towels, sheets, soaps, shampoo, hairdryers, tissue & paper etc….Also, our kitchen is always stocked with the basics to allow you to arrive care free of forgetting anything for cooking i.e. basic seasoning ingredients. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole. The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. One queen bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom and in room 3 and 4 each one has 2 queen size beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, safe deposit boxes and full bathrooms. The studio, as well, has air conditioning, a 65" Smart TV. The living room has a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts 2 dining tables that each seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole. We have a 3 member staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook and housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental.
