The space in the room is very large, after all, the room is so high. But the bathroom is too small and the wet and dry separation is not good, the bath water will flow to the toilet floor. There are many breakfast items. Overall, the room does not match the facilities in the room.

GGuest UserAll things begin with the front desk = Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean, comfortable hotel and room. Did not eat breakfast so I can't speak on the food but all things suggest that one will not be disappointed.

GGuest UserThe room is small and clean, but the shower water is weak and not very smooth. The lobby is very comfortable, with the feeling of a fashionable hotel, the sound system and music are great, and the atmosphere is like a quiet bar at night. The room can be connected to surround sound, which is very interesting and suitable for people who like music and atmosphere. The breakfast is very good, a little richer than other Holiday Inns. The service staff is very good, maybe because it is a trendy hotel, everyone is more relaxed~

QQIHotel in general, go to Frankfurt to fly, generally choose to stay in Mainz for one night, then the riverside Hilton has booked everything before ordering this price is very general

+ staff were always very friendly
- Parking garage are very narrow, the garage was often full and you had to park outside (parking charges for the garage still fell full)
- The air conditioner in the room was a warning that the filter must be exchanged (fortunately, the air conditioner did not have to use)
- Cleaning service had to be ordered at check-in for certain days - but it was not complied with (on the outlined day no cleaning service passed, the towels were still on the floor and the bed was not re-referred)
- Very unmodern bathroom - water has taken something until it was warm; overall however clean
