The level of satisfaction completely exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and for a budget hotel, the service and facilities were excellent and professional. It was the most satisfying pet-friendly hotel we encountered during our ten-plus days in Chengdu. Service details: Shortly after check-in, a staff member knocked on the door with a cart to deliver dessert and soup – a delightful surprise! The breakfast was also quite good. Besides the popular Lao Dong's Chrysanthemum Rice Noodles restaurant about 800-900 meters away, there are many snack and late-night dining options near the hotel. Although we were only passing through Mengzi, this hotel has made us plan to stay again in the future. Tip: Rice noodle shops in Mengzi close after noon and open around 6 or 7 am. Also, locals say that the most authentic version is actually Liuxiang Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles.

The hotel has parking, the rooms and showers are very comfortable, slippers and towels are individually wrapped, and the bedding is also quite good; I slept very comfortably. It's not particularly new, but overall it's very good and offers good value for money. There's also an electric scooter rental place next door, which is very convenient. Breakfast is available from 9 am to 1 pm, which is impressive, although the selection isn't huge, but it's enough to eat.

Hotel location is good, from the high-speed rail station by bus, Tongde Square Station is very fast to walk, eating nearby is also convenient. The facilities are new, the room is clean, the young man at the front desk is patient, thoughtful, and satisfied.

Overall, my experience was fantastic! The hotel environment was quiet, and the room was spacious and bright. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. Both the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the service was thoughtful. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

We booked two rooms, which were fairly spacious. The double room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night, while the king-size room was at the back and relatively quiet. It's a newly opened hotel, so the facilities and equipment are excellent; everything is brand new. The front desk service was very welcoming, and the security guards were attentive and responsible. There are restaurants and snack shops nearby, making it very convenient.

I don't know how they manage their cleaning staff. Service: At 4:55 PM on February 21st, upon entering the lobby, I saw a woman smoking at the tea table. Is this hotel non-smoking? If not, please indicate this on the platform so that people who dislike smoking will avoid the hotel! Facilities: The bathroom and shower rooms have automatic sensor lights. When I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, all the lights in that area turned on, the exhaust fan started, and I was instantly wide awake. What kind of ingenious design is this? Has the owner ever stayed in their own hotel? The bed selection is very unreasonable. Even a slight movement causes the bed to shake three times. How can anyone sleep? If this hotel caters to special needs groups, please indicate this on the platform. Although the hotel is new, the facilities are flashy but impractical, and the staff lacks management. It's not as clean, tidy, or comfortable as a guesthouse costing around 100 yuan.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tongde Square and Xiangqiyuan (the flagship restaurant for Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles). It's also easy to get to the Honghe Prefecture Museum, Nanhu Park, and Dashuzhai Night Market. The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk service was excellent. I booked two Superior King Rooms at Xile Hotel during my business trip, and the overall experience was good. The room featured a 100-inch 4K giant screen projector with iQiyi VIP access, providing a great relaxation experience. The room layout was reasonable, the cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were quite complete. Ms. Yang at the front desk deserves praise for her service. She was attentive and responsible during check-in and answered inquiries, handling procedures efficiently and patiently, making my trip very convenient. The hotel had good soundproofing; even during the 2026 New Year's Eve celebrations, the noise from firecrackers didn't disturb my rest, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is located on Xingsheng Road, Wenlan Street, adjacent to the Honghe Prefecture Government. The surrounding area has complete amenities such as restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel offers free parking, 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage services, which are very practical for business travelers. It was a good stay overall.
