I stayed at your hotel on the evening of February 7. When I left the store on the morning of February 8, I accidentally lost the briefcase at the flower bed at the entrance of the hotel. Fortunately, I was picked up by the hotel staff and handed it to the front desk in time for safekeeping.
The package contains mobile phones, bank cards, official cards, ID cards and important documents, as well as some cash. After communication, your hotel will properly transfer the cash to my family as soon as possible, and quickly send the briefcase back to me. It has been successfully received and all items are intact and recovered.

Overall, as a hotel located in a county-level city, it has performed quite well, especially in terms of location and cost performance, but there are also some details that are worth paying attention to by families with children.

· Intimate details: The hotel prepared children's slippers and children's toothbrushes, which was a plus, which solved our own troubles. When checking in, the front desk saw the children and took the initiative to send an extra breakfast, which made people feel that the service was very flexible and intimate.
