Ji Hotel has always been the first hotel in my mind to stay at on business trips, mainly because of its human touch. I was lucky enough to meet Xiao Zhang this time. I needed to adjust my check-out time because the guest meeting was late, and she was very cooperative. So my trip went much smoother, and I hope to meet her next time. The hotel is clean, has unlimited mineral water, and the lobby is large. There is a local restaurant that I like nearby and I will continue to come here next time

Thanks to Xiao Zhao at the front desk for the arrangement, which was great. The room was very clean and the environment was very good. It was in the park, so you could feel the nature when you got up in the morning. The breakfast was everything you could expect, and it was a great value service.

I loved everything about the hotel from being ushered out from the car to the lovely reception, to the room. I loved the services we got from the staff they were very helpful and sweet. There is a car to take you to do the activities like horse riding and boat riding. The hotel is within the Pegasus which is really convenient. The food was sooooo amazing I truly recommend going here it’s worth every penny. The room is clean, spacious and very modernised. I loved loved loved my time here and I will be booking for my next stay soon.

Advantages: The room is large, newly decorated, fully equipped, and cleaned. The floor and lighting are good. The bathroom is large and the bathtub is quite large. Although the toiletries are not big brands, they smell good. Rich breakfast. Affordable price, high cost performance. It is very convenient to order takeout, and a robot will deliver it to the floor.
Disadvantages: The elevator is relatively old, which does not match the opening year of the hotel. The small refrigerator in the room does not cool. The TV screen is small. There is little free drinking water. Although the breakfast is rich, the dining time range is only two and a half hours.

GGuest UserMy parents are all Jiangyin, although they have never been here for more than 70 years. This time, Qingming Jinghe decided to take the second old to visit. Booked a Mercure room, when I booked it, I took into account the new hotel, the central location, and read the comments that breakfast was good. After staying for two nights, the experience was really good. The style of the hotel is simple and comprehensive and lively, with a proper freshness, and each facility design is in place and warm. The service is also very thoughtful, warm, and feels like going home. Breakfast is also cost-effective, complete, especially Western-style dim sum authentic, and French style. Parents often also praise the hotel and afternoon tea, and actually praise it. All in all, the hotel's choice added a lot to our Jiangyin trip. Everyone said they would choose Mercure next time.

Service: The staff at the check-in were enthusiastic and smiled very infectious. They also helped solve the room problem for the first time. When they left, they met the lobby manager and sent a gift to the door.
Facilities: The 16th floor room facilities are OK
Hygiene: good room hygiene
Environment: The surrounding area is very close to the Yaohan business district, and you can park at the entrance of the hotel.
There is also an indoor swimming pool on the 5th floor of the hotel. I give 100 points for this constant temperature. It is really 27℃. The water will not be cold. The water quality is very clean. There is no one when I go in the morning.

I booked a twin room, large, clean, with a separate cloakroom, luggage room, toilet and bath separate rooms, which did not affect each other! The soundproofing is a bit poor, and you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. The hotel also gives you postcards, bookmarks, and eye masks. When I arrived at the store at 9pm, the lobby was almost completely dark and there was no welcome. I almost thought it was closed. The decoration was not bad, but it felt like there was no maintenance. The room Maybe the occupancy rate was not high, the room felt gray, and there were hairs on the disposable utensils. It was raining when I left the hotel in the morning. It was still a little far away from the parking spot outside, and no one gave me an umbrella, so I rushed out in the rain.
