The front desk service was excellent. I casually asked if the twin beds could be changed, and the front desk promptly changed them. Thank you very much. I stayed on the 10th floor. The room lady took the initiative to help with the luggage. She was very welcoming. The room was also very comfortable and clean. The mattress was also very comfortable.
