Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is.
Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch.
Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all.
I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie.

GGuest UserIt is better to talk about the homestay directly than the apartment, which is unexpectedly good. I was very angry because I couldn't find a parking space, and I thought about giving a bad review. But when I entered the room, this price can't pass the conscience of a bad review.
It is not an exaggeration to say that all chain hotels are crushed. The area is large and clean. The toilet is comfortable to look at. The facilities are very careful. Hisense water heater, Xiaomi TV, Gree air conditioner, lying on the bed and watching this big screen is very enjoyable. The view of the room is good, the location is good, opposite the university, Next to the food street, it can be said that except for no parking space, it is perfect!
Because in the community, parking spaces need to be found at the door of the bottom business outside the community. First come first served. If you come to dinner, it is difficult to park, but there is no parking fee!

A clean well-equipped room. Tasty, reasonably-priced breakfast buffet staffed by friendly hostesses. Language barriers were overcome both here and at the front desk.
Why pay a premium at the Friendship Hotel in Fushun when you can stay very comfortably for half of the price here !? About 15 minutes walk to the Long-distance Bus Station (no service to Shenyang!), 18 minutes walk to the North Wanda, and 25 minutes walk to the Riverside Park.
I will stay here again!

GGuest UserStayed for four nights in total, the first two days in a king-size room, and the next two days in a business king-size room. The room is spacious, the front desk service is good, no deposit is required, and check-in and check-out are fast. The room has no odor, plenty of hot water, and is very quiet. The hygiene needs to be improved. On the first day when I stayed in a business king-size room, I found that there was no paper towel in the bathroom when I had already started, which was a bit embarrassing. If it is not peak period, you can park at the door. It doesn't matter during peak period. You can also park a little farther on the roadside. The room is large, the window facing the outside, the bath water is very hot and flushing. Breakfast is similar to family style. It is made by the aunt who is responsible for breakfast. The picture rolls, steamed buns, side dishes and everything are available. The soy milk is made by the aunt on the same day. It tastes good. There are not many choices but it is delicious.
Inadequacy: The hotel is a bit high from the road, so it takes about ten steps, which is not very friendly to the elderly and those with large luggage. The TV cabinet in the room is short and narrow, so friends with many things will feel a bit inconvenient.
Cost-effective, it is recommended.
