I came to Dazhou to visit relatives. I chose this hotel after reading the recommendations online. It was pretty good. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient for entry and exit during the stay. The front desk lady at the hotel was very considerate. Seeing that I brought a child, she immediately gave us a set of cute children's toiletries, which the child loved very much. It was really heartwarming to be able to pay attention to the fact that we brought a child. The room was still very large, and our family of three lived very comfortably. The bed was very soft and large. This morning, I specially went to eat the oil tea they recommended. It was really delicious. I haven't eaten oil tea for many years. I love it. I will stay here again next time I return to Dazhou.

This time I came to Dazhou for a business trip and randomly booked Xishang Hotel (Sichuan College of Arts and Sciences Lianhu Campus Store). I didn't expect to get a full surprise, and the experience was directly full! The location of the hotel is really convenient, close to Red Star International Plaza, surrounded by restaurants and convenient shops, it is super convenient to solve three meals, you can find authentic snacks on foot, and it takes about 15 minutes to drive to the state station. It is too friendly to the travelers. The most plus points are free parking and charging piles. There is no concern about self-driving travel. This is really to praise ～.

第一，我在前台辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員問我有沒有訂早餐，如果沒有的話，可以送我一份。我説我已經訂了，她説需要掃碼核銷一下。雖然我之前在華住會名下的其他酒店沒有過這樣的操作，但是因為工作人員説需要，我就用微信掃了工作人員提供的二維碼，掃完以後我發現是華住會的公眾號。然後工作人員説幫**作，我就把手機給她了。當時大概過了半分鐘左右，我發現我手機的頁面停在我的手機桌面頁面，並且她在刪除app。 我就問她你是刪了什麼APP嗎？她説刪了華住會的APP。然後她也沒有對我進行任何的解釋。其實我能理解可能集團對工作人員有這種考核的要求，但是我覺得工作人員不應該在沒有明確告知我，可能會用我的手機下載某些軟件的情況下，擅自對我的手機進行操作的行為。而且，如果我沒有看到的話，她甚至不會跟我説已經下了APP，然後又刪掉。説實話，在這個操作過程中，我不太確定她有沒有拿我手機做其他的事情，比如説刪掉華住會的驗證碼之類的，可能涉及到查看我手機短訊。我認為這個事情是非常不合理的 第二，後面辦理了入住以後，我因為要休息，所以要對房間進行反鎖。 一般來説，酒店的反鎖有兩種，第一種是防盜鏈的反鎖，第二種是門鎖的反鎖。但是我發現我所在的這個房間是沒有辦法進行門鎖的反鎖的，於是我就聯繫了前台。前台告訴我説，當時保潔阿姨已經下班，而且保潔大叔就是7點才會上班。在這個時間是沒有人可以為我處理這個事情的，他們前台也沒有辦法幫我處理，所以我還要再等一個多小時，等到保安上班才行。 後面他們又替我安排了工作人員上門處理，但是那個工作人員説他們這個門就是沒有辦法反鎖的，而且她當時為我查看了我對面的房間和我隔壁的房間，説他們都是沒有辦法反鎖的。我説那有沒有辦法幫我換到同等價位的有鎖的房間，其表示不可以，因為他們應該都沒有這種反鎖系統。 後面我就再次聯繫了前台，是他們經理接的電話，他説這是全季4.0，整個全季4.0都是不可以反鎖的。我説我平時出差也有住其他全季，都是可以反鎖的，為什麼這個不可以。經理表示如果我有住過其他全季的話，我就應該知道他們4.0是不能夠反鎖的。我就問她説，我説我作為一個客户的話，我住酒店前我肯定是不可能瞭解説你是3.0還是4.0，但是你這樣反鎖不了肯定有安全隱患。 然後經理就回復我説，有一種方法可以反鎖，就是用鑰匙反鎖。我説，那也可以，你給一把鑰匙也可以。然後經理就表示説，如果用了鑰匙的話，他們門鎖會更新，所以他們不會給鑰匙給客人。 我就表示説，這樣肯定是有安全隱患的。經理説沒有關係，他們保安會兩個小時巡邏一次。然後我就問説，如果在白天的工作時間，都沒有辦法替我處理門鎖，那我怎麼可以確保安全？經理就説，反正都是安全的，讓我不要擔心。 又過了大概20分鐘，然後又有工作人員上門，跟我説她們後面檢查到是有其他房間是有反鎖的，幫我去換其他房間，我也同意了這個方案。 我不明白的是，如果一開始就有可以反鎖的房間，為什麼一直都説沒有，還説自己是什麼4.0，整個酒店都沒有可以反鎖的門鎖，直到我真的很生氣的質問他們那麼久，才説可以換房。 第三，換了房間後，房間牀頭櫃地板、馬桶附近到處都是水,淋浴處更是滿地的水，根本沒有收拾乾淨。我不理解為什麼一個連鎖的酒店可以做到這麼拉胯，連最基本的衞生都做不好。

This stay was absolutely fantastic, a perfect five stars! From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The smart room controls were so convenient; I could adjust the lights and draw the curtains with a simple voice command from bed without even getting up. The smart toilet was just as comfortable as the one at home, and even the hair dryer was a Laifen brand, leaving my hair smooth and frizz-free. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The memory foam pillow had just the right firmness; I slept on it for two nights without experiencing any neck pain. The water dispenser in the room always had warm water, so convenient—no need to go downstairs to buy water. The complimentary freshly ground coffee was excellent, not just a cheap instant coffee. The biggest surprise was the underground parking garage—it was spacious, no worries about finding a parking spot, and the elevator went directly to my floor, making it easy to carry my luggage. Essential amenities like a laundry room and fax/printer were also provided, so I didn't have to search for them. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

First and foremost, I have to say that Yaduo is the best hotel in Qu County. The rooms are modern and the front desk staff is friendly. I go back every year to visit family. Although it may be newly opened, there are still many areas for improvement. 1. Elevator: There are three elevators, one of which is closed to customers due to renovations, and the other one frequently has problems accepting credit cards. 2. Breakfast: The soy milk was cold, the tofu pudding was average, the bread was low quality (it seemed dried out due to age), the soy sauce separated from the individual packages of strawberry jam (I didn't dare use it), the rice noodles were overcooked, and I couldn't find the coffee spoon by the coffee machine (I asked the lady who gave me a jam knife). 3. There's a conference room on the 19th floor of the hotel. That day, there was a training session (I don't know if it was internal training), and many people were smoking in the hallway, leaving cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard.

The lobby and the room are very new decoration, cleaned spotlessly, very satisfied with the stay, the check-in efficiency at the front desk is very high, and the attitude is very kind. I love the view of the room too much. Outside the window is a large park greening, and the green eyes are super healing. The key point is to praise the parking lot.
