Although I have not had such operations in other hotels under the name of Huazhu Club before, because the staff said that it was needed, I scanned the QR code provided by the staff on WeChat. After scanning, I found that it was the official account of Huazhu Club. Then the staff said to help, I gave her the phone. It was about half a minute later, I found that my phone's page was parked on my mobile desktop page, and she was deleting the app. I asked her what app you deleted? She said that she deleted the Huazhuhui APP. Then she didn't explain anything to me. In fact, I can understand the group may have such assessment requirements for staff, but I think the staff should not operate my mobile phone without clearly informing me that I may use my mobile phone to download certain software. And, if I hadn't seen it, she wouldn't even tell me she'd already downloaded the app and deleted it. To be honest, in this operation, I am not sure if she has taken my mobile phone to do other things, such as delete the verification code of Huazhuhui, which may involve checking my mobile phone SMS. Later, they arranged for me to come to the door, but the staff member said that there was no way to lock the door, and she checked the room opposite me and the room next door for me, saying that they had no way to lock it. I said if there is any way to help me change to a locked room at the same price, it said that it is not possible, because they should not have this anti-lock system. Later, I contacted the front desk again. It was their manager who answered the phone. He said that this is the whole season 4.0, and the whole season 4.0 cannot be locked. I said that I usually live in other seasons on business trips, and they can be locked. Why can't this be. The manager said that if I had lived in other seasons, I should know that they can't lock. I asked her, I said that if I said that as a customer, I would definitely not know whether you are 3.0 or 4.0 before I stayed at the hotel, but if you can't lock it like this, there must be a safety hazard. Then the manager said that if the key is used, their lock will be updated, so they will not give the key to the guest. I said that there must be a safety hazard. Then I asked, if there is no way to handle the locks for me during the daytime hours, how can I ensure safety? The manager said it was safe anyway, so let me not worry. After about 20 minutes, another staff came to the door and told me that they checked that there were other rooms that were locked and helped me change to other rooms. I also agreed to this plan. What I don't understand is that if there is a room that can be locked at the beginning, why do you always say no, and say what you are? The whole hotel has no door lock that can be locked, until I am really angry and ask them for so long, I can change rooms. Third, after changing the room, the bedside table floor and toilet in the room were full of water, and the shower was full of water, and it was not cleaned up at all. I don't understand why a chain hotel can do so much, even the most basic hygiene is not good.

不是第一次住維也納酒店，但這次這次住的維也納酒店是新開不久的，設施特別新從客房到衞生間都特別乾淨，前台接待也特別熱情，給我免費升級了房間，洗澡水也特別好，不用費事去兑。酒店早餐也豐盛，品種多，味道也不錯，值得推薦。不足之處:一是電梯內明顯位置應該貼禁止吸煙的標識；二是餐廳裏的菜不要都做成辣的菜，應考慮有外地客人居住，可能不吃辣；還有個遺憾的事是，因隨身攜帶需要冷藏櫃，有葯品需要冷藏，昨晚上聯繫酒店的前台，讓她幫我把三個生物冰袋冷凍一下，她也很爽快就都答應並拿去放冰箱冷凍室，不知是什麼原因，我早餐後去拿居然還是原樣，一點都沒有凍，耽誤我的葯一天不能冷藏。

The smart toilet was just as comfortable as the one at home, and even the hair dryer was a Laifen brand, leaving my hair smooth and frizz-free. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The memory foam pillow had just the right firmness; I slept on it for two nights without experiencing any neck pain. The water dispenser in the room always had warm water, so convenient—no need to go downstairs to buy water. The complimentary freshly ground coffee was excellent, not just a cheap instant coffee. The biggest surprise was the underground parking garage—it was spacious, no worries about finding a parking spot, and the elevator went directly to my floor, making it easy to carry my luggage. Essential amenities like a laundry room and fax/printer were also provided, so I didn't have to search for them. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Although it may be newly opened, there are still many areas for improvement. 1. Elevator: There are three elevators, one of which is closed to customers due to renovations, and the other one frequently has problems accepting credit cards. 2. Breakfast: The soy milk was cold, the tofu pudding was average, the bread was low quality (it seemed dried out due to age), the soy sauce separated from the individual packages of strawberry jam (I didn't dare use it), the rice noodles were overcooked, and I couldn't find the coffee spoon by the coffee machine (I asked the lady who gave me a jam knife). 3. There's a conference room on the 19th floor of the hotel. That day, there was a training session (I don't know if it was internal training), and many people were smoking in the hallway, leaving cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard.

Facilities: The hotel's hardware is decent, definitely up to star-rated hotel standards. Hygiene: The cleanliness was also great. The room was tidy and spotless when I entered, and the smart controls for the curtains and TV were a nice touch. Environment: This is one of the better hotels in Dazhu in terms of environment. There's a large, clean and pleasant parking lot right outside, and the lobby is also very clean. Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
