Campinas Hotels with Gym

Excellent structure, strong food, but reception and service need more Professionalism. But the hotel and experience are great. I recommend!

The bathroom sink is next to the bedroom door. But I liked it because it can be used as a counter since it is huge. And it is facing the bathroom door. The bathroom is quite small, but the shower and the cleanliness are very good (at least in the room I stayed in). There is nothing in the minibar, you have to buy everything downstairs, so at the time of checkout there is nothing to pay for consumption. It is much faster. The only downside I noticed is that there are no curtains on the window, so at night it gets quite bright, and I was on the top floor (14th). But I managed to sleep, the bed was also very good. I couldn't take pictures of breakfast, it was very crowded and I was embarrassed to ask the staff for permission to take pictures... 🫣🙈 But the breakfast is good, I thought. They even have items for those who are lactose intolerant like me (banana, lactose-free orange/lemon cake, boiled sweet potato, gluten-free and lactose-free banana cake). The service from the staff is good and the kitchen is quite large. There is even a chef in the hotel restaurant for dinner at night, which runs from 7pm to 10pm. The dishes range from R$28 (soup and omelet) to R$65 (meat with sides). I thought it was a good value for money, because the food is good and you don't have to go out at night. I think that's it. Overall, I really liked it. Mainly because of the cleanliness and service (at least in the room I stayed in).

Bom hotel, camas confortáveis, travesseiros nem tanto, mas tudo muito limpo e sem cheiro. Chuveiro bom, atendimento no check in demorado mas ok, café da manhã muito bom estava chovendo então o espaço ficou reduzido, as funcionárias avisaram que encerraria o buffet as 10h e percebe-se a ansiedade delas para terminar, pois mesmo antes das 10h precisei pedir para que aguardasse terminarmos o café para retirar os pratos, no check out percebemos que o sistema do hotel é realmente muito lento. Havia apenas um funcionário que se desdobrava entre fazer os checkout e buscar os carros dos hóspedes.

房間不錯，早餐也不錯，就是位置離市中心有點距離，不過也就10公里，還可以接受，但是附近沒什麼餐廳，酒店給人的感覺就是很安全很舒適，

Hotel muito bom! Bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã, limpeza e acomodações excelentes. Nenhum ponto negativo a observar.

O atendimento foi excelente, a opção de garagem sem custo adicional ajudou na escolha, limpeza do quarto estava ok, mas as toalhas amareladas e com cheiro forte, parece que não foram lavadas nem secas adequadamente, do resto estava tudo ok, o quarto era amplo, com ar condicionado, tv, sem frigobar, café da manhã com muitas opções.

The room was very weak, and the control was without the back cap and the batteries were falling all the time, out of that the service and the environment are excellent.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the transportation is very convenient, the room facilities are very new, and the overall feeling is very good.
