Nice location in Wollongong. The staff and room were great. The room which I was provided was very spacious. View is fantastic overlooking the local golf course. Would recommend if staying for business or as a couple.

This hotel was amazing. Perfect infact. Bed was super comfortable, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash was amazing I've actually bought my own set for home. Highly recommended. We would stay again forsure

Check in after 6pm, no reception. Parking charges. I booked two rooms and one living room, but there was no quilt! Only the sheets! I called the customer service, and there was no staff in the hotel to send the quilt, but said that there was floor heating that turned on automatically, but we did not feel the heating, and it was frozen all night. Don't live here in the cold winter!

The location is located on the beach. The environment is very beautiful, comfortable and pleasant. There are cute parrots waking up in the morning. It feels very friendly. The only drawback is that the shower head in the shower room is fixed, which is not very friendly for people who do not wash their hair every night. Yes, Wi-Fi needs to be billed separately!

Me and my partners have spend an amazing time at this place, clean, comfortable, modern. However, the aircon was a bit too loud like a motocycle but not a big problem, hope they can replace a new type of air con next visit. It was lovely that staff allow us to check in early

GGuest UserStayed one night for a function in Wollongong. Reception is inside the bottle shop which is “very Wollongong” (I grew up there so I can say that! ) and was staffed by a friendly young man who did an excellent job. The room was very clean, quiet, private and surprisingly modern. It more than met our needs as somewhere to sleep (rather than somewhere you would want to spend hours in) so I would definitely recommend to others. It is adjacent to the large hotel and food facilities which is handy. Only suggestion for improvement: get rid of International Roast as the supplied coffee - yuck !

LLily_laiThere are bars and food, but I didn't try it. Instead, I like the corridor on the way to the room, which is very comfortable. There are maps, earplugs, candy, clocks, and decorations, which are very reassuring. The bathroom in the room is great except that there are no electrical appliances provided.

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here recently. We booked one of the king bed rooms. When we checked in the man at reception was pleasant and helpful, offering us milk and directing us to our rooms. Parking allows for one car per room when the motel is full. Unfortunately that’s about the best part of the experience. The overall look of the establishment is that it is very run down and dated. The room smelled musky and had a small tv accompanied by a DVD/VHS player. The bed in the room was terrible!! The hardest mattress I have ever slept on, well beyond a firm mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was dripping (from what I assume is the washer that needs replacing) and the shower door did not close. The tiles needed re grouting. Overall, the bathroom was very cramped. We did not spend enough time in the room to use the wifi so I cannot comment on whether it was good or bad. Basic tea and coffee facilities available. Shortbread biscuits tasted a bit stale. Overall I thought the price of the room (for what you got) should probably be halved to reflect value for money.

GGuest UserComfortable motel with restaurant and bar. 3 stories looking down into a court yard. Basic but comfortable. Bed was excellent, had a tv and kitchenette. Small bar fridge and small balcony. Reasonably priced Car park always seemed full, but we managed. Easy walk to lots of restaurants beach harbour and cafes.

GGuest UserGood for a budget and short stay. Stayed here as a friend went to a show in Wollongong. Surprisingly the bed was actually comfy, and the room was tidy. However the room was a bit too hot as it was facing the afternoon sun, and didn't have air con, but room did have fan. Other down side there was no mini fridge to keep drinks cold, and only access to a double power point. Room access is via stairs and has no lift access. Bath in shared bathroom needs bit of an update but shower was ok. Limited parking on site as well, but there is street parking near by.

SSarah B2nd visit, 2night stay at this property. Found the room good for a short stay, very centeralised to everything in the area. It Did the job. Easy to get to. First morning had housekeeping knock on door to clean up room while we were getting ready for the day. Dont know if they didnt know we were staying 2 nights instead of the 1. We were lucky we had chain on door. On site thai restuant was good. Didnt have to go far for dinner. However it did change hands / name change since last visit. Down side is that the Room this time didnt have a dvd player in it. Purchased cheap 1 from jb hifi. The room doesnt have a microwave either to heat up left over food if needed to. Lastly, beds can be more comfy. Single bed in twin room was bit hard to sleep on due to the steel frame it was on, and a bit too high as well. Was more comfy on the double bed with the friend i was with to watch tv. (He didnt mind) Also, price had gone up a little as well since last visit.

GGuest UserFor $15 lunch specials there were a few choices. We had fish and chips generous portion and was fine for a pub lunch special. Pub is lovely and spacious with a very nice indoor/outdoor area. Wine by the bottle a bit on the expensive side compared to some other places but it still a nice time was had by all. Please have a wine list so that people can chose a glass or bottle rather than staff rattling off the names of the wines they have.

GGuest UserPre booked (room 12 car park view) over the phone / $160 night (2 night stay). We were arriving on a Sunday where the reception is closed, so accessed our room key via a key safe (simple to use). We chose a car park view since we only used the motel to sleep. Room: Pretty small / tight for space around the bed. Limited storage space. Balcony area over looking the car park - noisy when people came and went. Large fridge in the room - too big really, as a smaller bar fridge would take up less space. Lamp by the bed side, but no plug socket. No washing up liquid for the cups provided. Comfy bed. However, there were display cushions and runner with stains on. Full length mirror. Bathroom: Small!! Shower curtain made the shower feel very tiny. Poor flush on the loo. However - a nice stay which we would use again. Decor pleasant.
