Bad Ischl Hotels with Gym

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and chose a package with breakfast included. The hotel environment is very new and clean, with a modern design and a comfortable feeling. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and satisfactory. However, I encountered some problems during my stay. First, on the day of check-in (about 10am), I asked the front desk whether I could have breakfast (it should not be included on the app), and the front desk staff said yes, but did not mention the additional charge and the amount of the fee. It was not until check-out that I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast, which made me feel very helpless. I don't mind paying, but I hope that the front desk can clearly explain the details of the fee in advance to avoid misunderstandings. Secondly, the housekeeping needs to be improved. At 9 o'clock in the morning on the second day of check-in, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean the room, but I was not out at the time, so I told them to come back to clean in two hours and hang a door sign at the door requesting cleaning. However, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the room was not cleaned at all, which made me a little disappointed. Overall, the hotel facilities and restaurant services are satisfactory, but the communication at the front desk and the execution of housekeeping need to be strengthened. I hope the hotel can improve these problems and provide a smoother check-in experience.

🌟Location: The hotel is in a great location, within a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus station. Even if you drag a lot of luggage to Bad Ischl by train, you don't have to worry. Princess Sissi's favorite cake shop is downstairs from the hotel. There is also a SPAR supermarket and some restaurants around, which is convenient for life. 🌟Room size: The room area is more than 30 square meters, which is quite spacious for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. 🌟Room facilities: Compared with the same price in China, the furniture will look a little old, but it is no problem to use. 🌟Soundproofing: The soundproofing is average, and you can hear the sound of the door next door, but fortunately, the guests staying in the hotel are basically comfortable and leisure tours in the lake area, and they don't go out early and come back late. 🌟wifi: The speed is very fast and very good. 🌟Parking: The hotel has its own parking lot, which is self-driving friendly. 🌟Hygiene: The only bad thing is that the garbage in the bathroom is not cleaned up. 🌟Breakfast: The breakfast variety is quite rich, including cheese, ham, bread, milk, juice, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. 🌟Service: The hotel staff is very nice, enthusiastic, and helps introduce the transportation in the lake area. ❗️Value for money: There are not many hotels in Bad Ischl, and considering the location and catering services, this hotel can reach 4 stars in terms of value for money.
