"The hotel is in the new city, but it is only 3km away from the old city. There is a shopping center next to it, there is a big supermarket inside, and there is a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite big and clean, that is, the mattress is hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean."

"The hotel is uniquely decorated and located in a busy area, close to banks, a cinema, and restaurants. There's a delicious steakhouse nearby, popular with locals. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of local delicacies. There are indoor and outdoor pools, but they were too crowded to use. The room rate is a bit pricey."

"The hotel's location is right next to Bukhara Pedestrian Street and very close to attractions. Breakfast was cooked by a very kind local aunt. It tasted good. The boss said that the aunt had made it in a Michelin restaurant before and it was highly recommended. The restaurant has a history of 200 years. The room is small but comfortable."

"The location is very convenient at the entrance to the old town. If you are an inn in the old town, you cannot access it by taxi, but this inn can be reached at the last minute. Also, when I took a taxi at Yandex Go, I forgot something in the car. The inn kindly talked to the Yandex driver (it is possible to call via the app, but the driver only speaks local language), and I was able to get back the forgotten thing safely."

"I recently stayed at the Wyndham Bukhara Hotel and had an excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. A special mention goes to the reception team for their outstanding service. Sabrina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. "Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable."
