"The only formal five-star hotel I booked during this trip. I booked it for one night right away after seeing someone recommend it. I felt the service was good at first. I got the valet parking service as soon as I arrived at the hotel. It was also very convenient to pick up the car, which I could get in about three minutes. There were staff members who helped push the suitcase, but I didn't ask for it in the end because I had to stay in the lobby for a while because of some things. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful, and you can even take the elevator down to the platform on the minus 2 floor, from which you can go directly to the sea. The color of the sea is rich in several colors, which is very beautiful. The next day, there were many kinds of buffet breakfast, but I was treated unpleasantly during the meal. I asked for an omelet, and the waiter said to wait for three minutes. Normally, I would go to get it after three minutes, but I didn't get it after waiting for a few minutes. I pointed to the waiter and asked if it was mine. The waiter answered yes, but the next two were given to others, and I got angry at that time. I also reported this situation to the front desk when I checked out. When guests order, if they have something to do, they will normally remember it first and then do it one by one. Besides, there was only one person in front of them at that time, and he arrived only 10 seconds earlier. The front desk said they would report it to the manager of food & beverage."
