"perfect location and friendly reception. All bath sets are L'Occitane´s, which i prefer the most. A small coffee machine in the room. A little improvment could be the light in the room, which is a little bit dark for me, but someone will like it."

"Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. hotel is tidy . I was staying with my wife just for 2 nights and we both are satisfied. Location was great . "The location of the hotel is acceptable, only a quarter of an hour's walk from Rainbow Street. We booked a family room for three days, and the indoor area was quite large. The front desk took a long time to check in, and gave me a room number of 444. I asked the front desk guy if I could change it, and he said no option without thinking. He said that the rooms were occupied. I was very angry and showed him Booking/Ctrip and asked him what rooms were being sold on the platform? Then he said, come back in an hour. Very dissatisfied with this service. The breakfast was not bad, but there were too many people diners. There were groups of European and American senior citizens, and the place was crowded with people."

"Nice accommodation but the house keeping only comes on request and did unfortunately a poor job, no refill of the toiletries and change of linens and sheets. The location was near the city center and the room was quite spacious.
I booked a tower view but unfortunately in front of the hotel there is a construction site ongoing, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault.
All over all I felt comfortable during the stay."

"Nordic style hotel, super safe. You need to swipe the room card twice to enter the room floor and elevator. Breakfast time is from 7 to 10 in the morning (included). The hotel has a free sauna for guests. It’s freezing in Iceland. It’s not too comfortable to use a sauna to cool down. There is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the hotel. If I remember correctly, it’s called Ramen Momo. It’s next to it. The famous Tintin Museum is very small in Leicester City and is very convenient to go anywhere. The nearby bus stop is bus stop 4."

"I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room."

GGuest UserEverything about the hotel is good except the service. We have communicated with the driver to add a bed, but he still can't add it. The housekeeper is extremely inefficient and can't add a bed in 2 hours. If there are 2 people, there is no problem staying in this hotel. If you need an extra bed, be prepared. It is very difficult to add a bed and the bed is very uncomfortable.

In particular, the Chinese lady at the front desk was patient and polite, spoke Mandarin very well, and helped us solve many problems. I would like to express my special thanks to her. The bedding is also very comfortable. It can be said to be the best among the many hotels we have stayed in during our trip to Northern Europe. Highly recommend this hotel

GGuest UserI missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing.
The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about.
It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport.
Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there.
The location was good. In the middle of the action.
We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two.
The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good.
I would stay here again.

阿阿莫猫In the city center, the famous lake, it will take about 10 minutes to walk to the concert hall. Lived on the third floor spire. The room is big in Iceland. There is a small balcony. The Italian restaurant downstairs is quite delicious.

The size of the superior king-size bed room was OK, but the superior twin room should not be 24 square meters and seemed very small. So my friend upgraded the double standard to a suite.

GGuest UserThis Hilton is very historic in terms of furnishings and details. It is not particularly large, but it is clean and safe. You need to swipe your card to go to the elevator in your room. The front desk staff is very patient and answers all questions in detail. Next door is the famous lamb sandwich shop. The hotel's gym is small and beautiful, and very clean; there is also a bathing area, which is also historic. Overall, it is highly recommended.
