"The check in was smooth and fast. The add on for breakfast, is super worth every penny. Delicious and the selections is alot better than my expectations based on previous review. So i would recommend everyone to get the breakfast when u book the hotel. The area is still new, but very easy to get Grab. But the cleanliness could be better, not sure why there are ants around wall next to the door till the washroom, when i’m not eating in the room also. Overall i’m happy with the money paid and very satisfied with the hotel. And there breakfast!"

"We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional—every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. When we arrived a bit early and our rooms weren’t ready yet, the team kindly upgraded both of our rooms to suites, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It made our experience even more memorable.
The property may be a bit older in style, but it’s well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The suites were spacious and cozy, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
One small note for improvement: the corridors had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which might be unpleasant for some guests. Perhaps in the future, adding air fresheners or refreshing the carpet could help with that.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed overnight for the Jakarta Fair. The location is strategic, just a short walk to the JI EXPO entrance. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's also dedicated parking for hotel guests, so you don't have to compete with other Jakarta Fair visitors for parking."

"Good place if you want to spend time in MOI. The rooms are clean although old. The main door of the room I had was somewhat not sound proof as too many vents around the sides so could hear thr sounds in the corridor.

"I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Harris and have been a loyal customer for the past 15 years. However, during my most recent visit, there was an unfortunate incident. My husband accidentally left his shaver in our hotel room when we checked out on the morning of June 7. We contacted the hotel the following day, June 8, to ask if it had been found. Although the staff kindly checked, they were unable to locate the item.
We are quite certain the shaver was left behind, as it was not in our luggage when we arrived home, and we had gone directly home without making any other stops. While I truly appreciate the hotel team's efforts to assist us, the experience has left me somewhat disappointed.
Nonetheless, I remain grateful for the courteous service and hope future stays will continue to reflect the standard I’ve come to appreciate over the years."

"Our room is 1008. Basically it is OK as usual. But there is always sound on the ceiling (can be heard from air conditioning blowing window/return air window). It is very disturbing cause the sound is happening so frequently. Looks like water pipe hammering condition. Please help to improve. Thanks"

"We could use TJ from Jakarta to Gold Coast. It is a strategic place for staycation. There is Fresh Market accross the street so don't worry if it not included meals. The price of the meals is affordable! Worth it!

Room AC were hot. 1 room had noisy AC, although the technician tried to fix it but didn’t make much difference.
I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room only had 2 large towels (no hand/face towels) so I asked for extra towels for the kids but housekeeping said there were charges for extra towels. Exchanging wet towels was the other option. It was a huge minus for me. Please note that families with KIDS wash hands dozens of times a day…
Breakfast menu was very standard in taste and variety.
Slide was scary in my opinion. Either the slide surface or too little water, even small kids had trouble sliding down
Thankfully they had face painting and balloon shaping on Sunday. That was the memorable part for the kids

TtansamOnly the breakfast is really not good at all, always the same food, no noodles, always fried rice and white rice.
The disk is very bad,, you can't eat it at all, as a hotel chain,they should now hoe to cook it nice? But it is not? The bed is nice to sleep. Breakfast is terrible.,

DDee JayFor family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.

MMr NeoRegarding my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit, I have made a feedback to the hotel manager regarding breach of personal information. The front desk staff have used recycled passport copy as copier paper. You may see from the photo attached below, some other guest’s passport information was in my hand. This situation is very uncomfortable and I could not imagine such sensitive information is being shared casually. The manager on duty (18/03) told me she has been reminding the staffs not to use such recycle information, but it seem the reminders are not effective.

GGuest UserBad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.
