"Li Yucang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and informed us of many things. He also cared about our stay experience during our stay, which was really heartwarming. The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient.
The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night and relax my body and mind. This stay experience is great, and I will give priority to this hotel in the future."

"The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Special thanks to Xiaohui from the concierge department and Xiaochen, the manager. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to greet me and introduced the various services provided by the hotel. They also added WeChat, reminded me of various precautions, and upgraded me to the executive floor.
Take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and you can also take pictures of the distant view of Changbai Mountain. Play the slide, which is super exciting.
Choose to go directly to the hot spring at 1 pm. It is refreshing to soak in the hot spring when there are fewer people during the off-peak hours."

"I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

"A great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.

"The hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts.
Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately.
The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price.
The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?)
and the Chinese pancake are also very good.
The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good.
Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on.
Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements."

The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!"

"So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice "

KkaehnThe service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.

WWeixiaodeyangziaiyangguiThe inn is located about one kilometer away from the Xipo Visitor Center. The area is relatively desolate and is not recommended for one person. The room is a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom structure with two single beds, European design style, complete facilities, and a lot of fitness equipment on the first floor. It is clean and tidy. Breakfast includes milk, eggs, steamed buns, cold dishes, corn and sweet potatoes, etc. It is simple and nutritious. For traveling to Xipo, the price-performance ratio is not bad.
The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the Internet speed in the room is very slow, almost equivalent to no Internet, and the TV can't be watched at all.

GGuest UserI was struggling between Sheraton and Westin, and finally chose Westin. Its twin room is 1.35 meters and quite spacious, which is friendly to families with two children. They called to inquire about my needs before check-in, and put all the children's equipment in the room early. They also told me that my check-in time was my birthday🎂, so they decorated the room and sent me a cake, which made the ceremony feel full. The concierge is Ming, Xiao Xing, and the service is good. When they learned that we were going to Tianchi in the morning, they took the initiative to ask for a taxi for us🚗. After breakfast, the car was waiting for us, which saved us a lot of time with 2 children. Another point is that the hotel has its own snow house, and the elevator can go directly to the negative 1 floor. It's so convenient! You can slide back directly when you come back

WWangxiaowenThe hotel is located on the west slope of Changbai Mountain. It is a large residential area with villas and hotels. The staff will drive a car to take tourists to the hotel building. We stayed in a two-room suite, which was just right for a family of four and very warm. The breakfast in the morning was simple but sufficient. It was also very convenient to go to Wanda and other places, and there were discounts for going to the surrounding ski resorts. I took a walk in the courtyard in the morning. There was thick snow behind, and no one stepped on it. The children played in it for a long time. Satisfied!
