服務質量差，6806房間沒有空調大冬天的叫你們保安上來看，説是空調壞了，半夜一點多回來房間沒有打掃房間牙刷礦泉水都沒有放，回來問你們服務員，然後吵架，不行就退房我們從新訂，外地來的朋友第一次在固原住，天天挨凍，放個小暖風，服務員人一説嘴一犟，現在要求處理結果

房間還行，前台服務員特別差，噁心打印客户的票據，前台登記訊息和別的酒店要求填寫內容不一樣，沒有依據，按金也和別的酒店不一樣。前台服務員惡意抄錄住户身份證訊息，走到樓梯口回去當場發現，還非常理直氣壯！
服務：特別差，非常不建議住。
