Unfriendly staff. Booked a hotel room for our driver on 1st Oct. We paid 2,486. But the staff denied to give us a print out of the bill. When asked for the property owner's number, my husband was asked to leave the property immediately. The staff was very rude. He only gave us a screenshot for Rs. 1,800, whereas we paid 2,486. They didn't even save the bill on their computer. When asked to take a print out, he started entering all the details in front of us again. The staff said, the GST was not included in the bill. But we paid GST and the total amount was 2,486. The staff was hesitant to hit the print button. He kept on saying the printer is not working. The truth is the printer was not connected to the computer. The very unforgettable thing was my husband was asked to leave the property for asking the printed copy of the bill. Very disappointed.
