Heritage resort is located at an approachable distance from Delhi for a perfect staycation. Lots of activities at the resort be it for adults or kids keep us engaged and help us rejuvenate, especially live music, superb performance and grt song selection by the singers. Nice and welcoming staff right from security, valet, reservation, front desk, room service and at restaurant are humble and make you feel comfortable. Now food, I feel resort of their of their stature should have more options at for dinner and breakfast. They have done grt work with the menu at high tea as it was extensive and delicious butttt... dinner had very limited options for vegetarians, non vegetarian dishes were delicious. Staff at the restaurant was courteous and attentive, great hospitality by the team special thanks to Sarang and other team members at Breakfast. All's well that ends well, to summarise great property if you are travelling with family and specially kids, team members would go ensure their needs are met with a smile 😀. Thanks Heritage Resort team for making our anniversary and stay with kids memorable.

Trip advisor was amazing ti good resort for family there are lots of activities to keep everyone entered the even the food is quite amazing and the infrastructure is also good its really bring out the heritage look of india even the hospitality command able great service by mr kaluram pawar and mr manoj

We had a family staycation and booked 4 rooms. Rooms were smelly and humid. Floor was wet and water was on the floor even after mopping. Breakfast buffet was good. Events were also good. Lunch was average. I will not recommend for for stay again.

The stay was good and comfortable and nice . Staffs are good . Ms. Safeena was good at escorting to the room and helped in checking process. Will come here again with family and friends. There are good 5 categories of room. Will suggest as well.

The room service, house keeping and all the services was excellent. The ambiance was very good. And the staff was very cooprative and polite. I would like to recommend to other people to visit atleast once. I also want visit with my family if you are giving me heavy discount.

The property is awesome. Best for families. Good rooms with decor. Nice activities to keep oneself busy. Good food and levish buffet spread. High tea is good with lot of food stuff. Hospitality is lacking at front desk. Overall a good property to visit.

The ambience was among the best that I have ever seen I visited the location to spend time with my family and to celebrate a birthday . The staff greeted us with a surprise bday arrangements . Special shout out to Ravinder Singh , Deepak Kumar & Dinesh for making ad hoc arrangements .

The service levels at the resort are excellent. A very relaxed 2 days spent thanks to the awesome care provided by Anil and Sachin at the restaurants and the housekeeping boys Kartik , Dharmendra and others. And of course Srijoy, the Bar Manager and the boys at the Bar served us awesome drinks.
