Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

A well-rounded stay in the heart of Gurgaon! The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped — with comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and great soundproofing for uninterrupted rest. Service was top-notch. The staff was courteous and responsive, making check-in/out seamless and every request feel well-handled. Dining didn’t disappoint — a good mix of Indian and international options, with a standout breakfast and a rooftop bar perfect for unwinding. Facilities include a well-kept gym, compact rooftop pool, and business spaces — ideal for both work and relaxation. Cleanliness and safety standards were clearly a priority throughout. In all, Hilton Baani City Center, Gurgaon delivers comfort, convenience, and quality — a dependable pick for both business and leisure stays. Would happily return!

Beautiful Hotel, great location. The staff is warm, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. This is so across the board, from the amazing front desk to the genuinely warm restuarant team. Housekeeping is on point. Super clean. Great beds and tge room itself is modern & stylish.

It was a good experience overall. The stay was comfortable and the food was having a nice variety. The room service was good especially by one guy naming Divyansh who was really doing his work well.

Had an awesome stay at Hilton! The food was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. Special thanks to Divyanshu from housekeeping for the excellent service—truly went above and beyond.
