My time at your property on 26th July 2025 was truly unforgettable, and I am still thinking about the exceptional service and hospitality I received. From the moment I arrived, Anshu,Sanjana and Khushi member of your staff went above and beyond to create beautiful Photo frame and card for my daughters Pre Birthday Celebration. The check-in process with Minakshi( the girl from Punjab ) was seamless and welcoming, and the attention to detail throughout my stay was remarkable and upgraded my room to suite as per my daughter’s preference. The room was not only beautiful and impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a long day decorated with Ballon’s and a Birthday cake. I was particularly impressed by the genuine warmth and professionalism of your team. Everyone I interacted with, Minakshi front desk to the restaurant staff Zuali and Sonia in housekeeping, was a joy. A special thank you to all of them , who provided outstanding service that truly made my experience special. The amenities and dining options were also world-class. The quality of the food and the ambiance of the restaurants were exceptional, adding another layer of enjoyment to my visit. Thank you once again for providing such a flawless and memorable experience. Went for lunch with family at Maison Maiya coffee shop of Hrand hyatt.chinese prepared by chef Aviral was delicious n services bt Ranjan was excellent. Restaurant Manager Gaurav was warm n welcoming.i would recommend this place for a lovely delicious lunch.

Good lunch experience at the Italian restaurant at grand Hyatt gurgaon . Prompt order taking and attentive service by Ujjwal. Away from hustle bustle of the buffet area. Ravioli was a bit better than the pizzas though tough to go wrong with either choice. Served a complimentary dessert at the end which was a nice touch

An excellent hotel with high spec rooms and a great array of food options. The bar is quite pricy, but the drinks on offer were great, particularly their margaritas. Room service was swift and the all the staff were really friendly. Several nice shops nearby too, which was helpful for buying gifts. I would definitely stay again.
