Absolutely NO to this hotel ! This is the worst hotel I have stayed. The 5 above reviews are for sure fake, since the rooms are very dirty, there are bugs all over the rooms and specially kitchen area. TV isn’t working and the staff is very very rude, they are always ready to fight and answer back even if you ask them to fix the TV or send a bottle of water. They take 2-3 hrs for a single service, I ask for a bottle of water at 9pm and it was delivered at 11:30pm when my husband went to the reception to ask. Food is of very low quality, there is no aloo in aloo paratha and the cups were very dirty with tea all over the cup. I am sure where did they get the second hand mattress, the springs are coming out and the mattress has lost its softness and you can sink in the mattress and spoil your back, my back is still hurting. We booked the hotel for 6 nights but waiting for them to refund the money so that we can check in other hotel.

5 rating about Qualty of hotel ,cooperative staff, so that we can always going for the place , this hotel in Gurgaon sec 83 , located in mall property, all facilities are available in one roof we can plan to proper staff dress and organised owner

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily. Staff are very helpful.Very convenient to all forms of public transportation.Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Really value for money.

excellent service …. spacious room …awesome locality .please visit once . Hotel staff was supportive and room are neat and clean. Food was amazing. This hotel is truly marvellous truly amazing. A good sized rooms and great facilities. Perfect location

It was awesome experience, Hotel staff is very well behaved they provide all facilities on time. Room are very well maintained and rooms are very clean. Everything is good except one thing it's hard to find the hotel direction in mall because there is no sign board for hotel direction.

Superb hospitality The location of the hotel is very awesome neat amd clean room the food is realy very tasty staff is helpful i would like to mention the name of hotel Genaral manager Mr Khushil he is really very helpfup guy .recommend to everyone
