I booked cz of the brand but once it comes into this property so I am not able to give 4 or 5 star rating. I entered in the property they didn’t even ask for help with the welcome drink. If you will talk about the food the food is also not good with the taste. The rooms were stinking badly. They upgrade us to suite room but they took charges around 1500/- the breakfast was also not good I asked them for the banana they provide me but That banana was so dirty that I couldn't eat it.

During my long stay here, noticed hot water is not available and need to call reception every time hot water is required. Also, i had booked a breakfast included package. Breakfast served is not up to any hotel standard. Overall, not a pleasant stay.
