Excellent service, when i saw hotel properties felling amazing. When I was use staff service. They provide the good service. Roomes are good, clean, staff facilities management provide the best service, Evening view is good.when you stay with family they provide the best service not only one area the provide the best service in every area.

I stayed there for my anniversary in Feb 2025. Neat and clean rooms. They upgraded my room to a suite. The food was excellent, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The location is very convenient. It was a great experience all together.

Terrible hotel ,dirty smell,only free to air doordarshan is on TV,food is worst,out pla is to stay here for two nights but we leave the hotel after 5 hours of check in,toilet bedsheet all dirty , believe me you can't stay here ,don't go and west your hard earned money

Spacious rooms.. affordable prices.. good north Indian food.. breakfast can get better.. overall a must stay considering the market and Sector 29 being closely.. going to office is also easy from here - wherever in Gurgaon.. thank you Zip by Spree Hitel the Claire !!

Very professional. Great support stuff & very welcoming. Would highly recommend everyone The Claire if you are planning to stay in & around Gurgaon. Rooms & Washrooms are very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Good Job To all the staffs of the hotel.

I usually stay in this hotel which is gurgaon sector ,31. Places is really comfortable and it's feel like in midst of busy city. Staff is extremely welcoming and warm hospitality is top notch. There is a market nearby where you can everything needed. Rooms are quite big with all amenities inside the room. I really enjoyed my stay and this hotel has highest recommendations from me. Very comfortable hotel rooms with excellent and prompt service. The food was pretty good too. It was surely a pleasant stay. Mr. Ubaid was very helpful and a pleasant personality. It is a no brainer for choosing to stay at this place.

In short this hotel is one of the hygienic and customer caring which i ever visit in gurugram Highly recommend for their customer service Especially the staff is fully trained and Very polite towards the family and couples Rooms are also very cleaned

Five elements hotel in short comfort........it was nice experience here everything was nice and soothing..the staffs were good and polite rooms are nice and large and mostly it's safe and secure for girls too special thing about here is the food food is really very tasty overall I had a great experience staying here......
