the room was very shady - bath towel was dirty - the pillow cover had yellow marks - there was no contact that someone can make through room to reception - no phone - the latch wasn’t working properly - room has a foul smell

Disappointing stay due to poor service and lack of attention to detail_ i recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel gracia from 14th nov-24 to 24 nov-24. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the hotel's poorly trained staff, lack of attention to detail, and inability to fulfill even the simplest requests. _poor service_ the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. Simple requests, such as recharging the tv, were met with delays and excuses. I had to ask multiple times to get the tv recharged, which was finally done after a significant delay. _lack of attention to detail_ the hotel's lack of attention to detail was evident throughout my stay.

Poor room service and pathetic maintenance. Ac doesn't work properly, the room remains hot even when the ac was on for whole day. Staff doesn't respond on time.

Poor experience: tv was not working, asked for the team no response at all. Food is ok ok level. Found lizard in the room no proper ventilation at all. No proper response at all from the staff.
