Food is not available at the property. They are getting renovated hence couldn’t serve the breakfast but i paid the money

Really enjoyed my stay at Perch , every staff is well behaved, food is good and at reasonable price, well located nearby good hangout places and overall experience was really good. Must consider booking it once and I am sure it will be satisfying stay.

One of my favourite stay options in Gurgaon. Great hospitality and near to main road. Special thanks to Shyam Kaushik, who makes all of our stays very comfortable and is very accommodating. Executive suite is very spacious, great wifi speed. A must if you are looking for these amenities.

Staff is very cooperative here Excellent services. Rooms are very clean and huge. Receptionist Shyamu kaushik is always very helpful. Good part it is near to my office and proximity to malls and metro station. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

It was a very long buisness trip of about 5 months . The stay was really comfortable.Sham helped a lot for a number of logistics challenges . The behaviour of the employees was also very good and the food was decent. The location is also good in terms of cab booking and metro.

What an amazing hospitality given by the staff amazing spacious clean rooms also staff has been so kind in everything. I was short with some money so the receptionist gave courier guy money from his pocket as my paytm wasn’t working, felt like home environment

Clean and tidy place at a very good price and great connectivity to all major shopping hubs, malls and metros. Very close to cybercity too. The service is very prompt as well. Extremely value for money. Definitely recommend this one. Super impressed!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The decor was modern and stylish, making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day of exploring. The host was also fantastic—super responsive and provided great recommendations for places to visit. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent service by all the staff working there. I stayed there for 10 days and didn’t had any issues. Staff was proactive and very timely with cleaning, breakfast and other services. I checked-in late at around 3:30 am without any issues.
