Wonderful experience. This was our second stay at palms and we loved coming back. M sure will like to visit again. Everything about the place is great the ambience, food, hospitality. Poorly maintained property, basic things like shaving kit, soap were missing in the washroom, no dth connect in tv. Not worth staying here

not worth the price – disappointing stay i had high expectations when booking this hotel but the experience was far from satisfactory. the room allocated was in terrible condition—dated, poorly maintained, and felt like it hadn’t been upgraded in decades. the furniture was old, the walls had stains, and the overall ambiance was unwelcoming. for this price, i expected at least a clean, modern, and comfortable room, but it fell far short. to make matters worse, there’s no lift, and the room was two floors up—a hassle for anyone with luggage or mobility issues. the breakfast spread was equally disappointing, with limited options and nothing to write home about. this stay was simply not worth the money. i’d strongly advise against booking here if you’re looking for quality, comfort, or value for your money.
