I booked the hotel to have a comfortable sleep but the hotel gave me room above gym where in the morning 7am very loud music was playing for dance class which disturbed my sleep causing severe headache. Instead of asking the front desk about my problem they failed to resolve it and i suffered.

the towels had turned grey
the ac was making constant sound making it difficult to sleep
