Great hotel fantastic staff. I've been to a lot of places in the world, but this is one of the best hotels, which I'm sure has not been rated properly within the group, as it also suits a Conrad. The rooms are simple, but everything is there, perhaps there are so many problems that should be fixed that there are lights, for example the wardrobe next to the bed where you can't turn off the light source, it can be quite disturbing at night. The cleanliness is 11 on a scale of 10! They are doing a great job! I also work at the reception, they are helpful and good problem solvers, but the same is true of the entire staff of the hotel, that they are helpful and kind, perhaps which is also confusing and a bit impolite, that a young *** working here, on the part of the confectioner, did not respect me by asking if I was talking to my friend that we ask for this coffee, to which the answer is no, then I will not stay there to disturb them and I will not interrupt their conversation, even if the intention is to help disrespect this has yet to be learned. Basically, everything is fine with the hotel and I would certainly initiate the reclassification of the hotel to a higher category in the place of the director and owner.

The staff is very good, The food is very good particularly the lamb rogan gosh and prawn curry with jasmine rice. But the A/C is pathetic to say the least, it doesn't function as you want, woh apna marzi se chalta hai, my colleagues also felt the same

Beautiful hotel and great service. Shubham at the front desk was exceptional. Located at a good location with a new concept overall. Beautiful pool and rooms which gives us a relaxed and pleasent environment. Will definitely come again to stay there.
