The rooms were perfect, but the floors were not clean. There were also empty body wash containers, which is even taken care of by one-star hotels.
Moreover, Lunch & Dinner was so boring and service was super slow. It took me 1.5 hours to have Pasta & Biryani (both were already pre-prepared).

My experience with Alivaa Hotel stays, food and facilities is more than satisfactory. The rooms here have option for with kitchen in room and additional balcony space with all roadside view. The staff here (reception & dinning) are very cooperative and responding to your concern. Housekeeping staff ARUN was very much helpful in day-to-day housekeeping services keeping in mind guest's requirements and convience. Appreciate his efforts.

Overall staying was very excellent and the room is very neat and clan during my people are service very nicely and what ever I asked I got immediately I really happy with my stay at hotel alivaa and i would like to say the housekeeping staffs are very nice especially Mr Arun and Mr sukant housekeeping executive.

very good house keeping staff Mr Ankush Sharma. The hotel is placed in Gurgaon sector 47 Sohna Road close to many malls which makes this hotel the idol hotel for outside people to be close to the market. And also the ambience and the section staff is also good and professional as the rest of the hotels the pricing of the hotel is also affordable.

Rooms are impeccably clean. Service very good. Though restaurant service very good, food quality needs improvement. Food choice for both breakfast and dinner very limited. It's a new hotel and so occupancy very low.,....,.............

Stay was awesome clenailess is there food was so yummy. Bed was so clean and smooth a toilet was also very clean. I would like to stay again whenever I will come again to same location. Staff was very cooperative as i asked for changes in food they did with very humbleness

Excellent Hotel in Gurgaon . Big Rooms, Big Bathroom and large comfortable Bed. Large Breakfast selection of good standard. Staff are very Professional with good English. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a place where I will gladly return.

One of the best hotels in this price range. Room was clean and spacious. I had also requested early check-in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing as well. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay on Sohna Road in good price.
