The hotel has decent infrastructure with big rooms but the staff were either inexperienced or didn't care much about the guests. When we reached my wife was sick and i had already called them about this, 30 mins before reaching. There was no one to take our luggage to our room and after explicitly asking for some help, the receptionist herself came. This showed that they were understaffed. When we asked if they could call some nearby pharmacy for medicine, they declined saying they don't provide such services. We have stayed at many different types of hotels and never seen such insensitive responses. I then searched for a nearby pharmacy and called them. This was not a big task but some help would have been appreciated. Furthermore, when we asked for preparing some khichdi with explanations that rice should be properly cooked, they sent us one where both rice and lentils were hard and not properly cooked. The chef either didn't know how to cook or our requirements were not conveyed. Overall, we expected a better stay after payment per night.
