Gurugram Hotels with Gym

The hotel was excellent, offering an escape from the city's bustle into a little oasis of VIP service and ambiance. This was my second stay, and I always recommend it. While it could use some minor renovations, it remains a fantastic property.

This hotel service is excellent! They take care all your need.There is lot choice in the breakfast.Room is big and facility is nice.There is the swimming pool in roof and atmosphere is good.Especially the ***ager in front office Mr.Akshay is really nice ***ager take care all and always smile .

Hotel was good to stay, hospitality was not that good, staff was not available at time. Food was good. Overall amazing stay.

My stay at the Leela Hotel was exceptionally comfortable, marked by a warm welcome and a cozy room that felt like a home away from home. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority, making it a hotel I highly recommend.

The hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms are dated with a stale smell. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom but the taps were creaking with age and the bed and pillows were so soft I find myself sinking into them (in an uncomfortable way). Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear rumblings ***** the corridor as my neighbours walk past and even their closing of doors. Breakfast was quite a spread but nothing much appealed to me (the bacon was so tough it was like plastic I couldn't bite thru), the only plus are their desserts, the muffins were decent. The front desk appears understaffed but they try their best and kept the smiles, mostly.

An excellent place to stay while on business in Gurgaon. Clean, safe hotel. Great fitness facility. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Clientele was very international. Delhi airport reasonably close (15-25 mins). Road right in front of hotel is crazy busy, but not different from most of Delhi. Would stay here again on a future trip!

IHG crowne plaza was a good and relaxing stay for me. The location of the hotel beside the national highway is a major plus as airport and major places in gurgaon are just few miles away. Great hospitality by the staff as well.

Located in the industrial area of Gurgaon, the hotel environment and service are very good. The surrounding environment shows the Indian characteristics. Very messy. Try not to go out at night.

The rooms are only 3 Star level while the food though having limited range is quite good (5star level) with very reasonable prices. Surprisingly located in the heart of city has very poor internet rxn (4 G at times, mostly Lower) The room i stayed in had no functional lock on the bathroom, very thin walls as the neighbours talking disturbed our sleep, very poor linen, shower with blockage in pipes leading to very less pressure and splayed water spray. The fridge was barely cool, there were no usable power pts next to the bed.

Hotel environment is OK, but the front desk can't communicate, and the service that is repeatedly confirmed is still not well done the next day, making people worry about communication.
