The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

It is a hotel that is worth writing a good review in person and that I want to share with my friends in addition to the full 5-star rating on Ctrip. I don't have the habit of accumulating hotel group points. When traveling, I will choose different brands according to my mood. Unlike the old five-star hotels, Zhenbo has no membership system service difference. Every guest who comes to the store is a VIP, and they are provided with extremely meticulous butler services. The butlers who are always responsive and can take immediate action provide 30 courtesies that can meet the personalized needs of different groups of people. I can feel the attentive management and professionalism of all service staff, which is reflected in the fact that when the items needed are proposed, the doorbell will ring as soon as the butler understands the words. Rather than saying that the hotel's high-standard management and the dedication of the service staff provide guests with ”undifferentiated dignity”, it is better to say that the guests feel at home. I would like to call it the ceiling of Guiyang Hotel. The designer, who comes from a family of ancient building restoration and wood carving skills, integrates karst landforms, overlapping mountains and beautiful water into the hotel design. Whether it is the natural and delicate wood carving decoration or the exquisite paintings and artworks, they all reflect the integration of Guizhou culture and modern aesthetics. On the other hand, due to the endorsement of the French high-end boutique hotel brand, Zhenbo shows the French style in every detail and brings the delicacy and warmth of French culture to the mountains and rivers of Guizhou. The so-called treasure in the heart, I can understand it as cherishing guests, cherishing culture and cherishing time. So far, I sincerely recommend it to any friend who is willing to travel to Guizhou.

Every time I travel, choosing a hotel is like opening a blind box. This time I was satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I didn't pay close attention when I booked and checked in on the first day, and I chose the wrong date. When I arrived at the hotel, the system showed that I had checked out. The front desk lady Cindy and the sales manager Kristal calmly and skillfully solved the problem. I was grateful for such thoughtful and considerate service, and I decisively decided to stay for two more days. Entering the room made me more certain of my choice. The facilities and views of the room were excellent, great!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, staff helpful air-con not working, I try back to stay more 2 nights but they gave poor room near elevator and walk way. Exactly some staffs always say “I can’t speak English” that I think not kind attitude of job.

Service: The service is very good. Thank you Helen for your enthusiasm, meticulousness and thoughtfulness. The cleaning lady on the 17th floor is also very nice, and the doorman is conscientious. Environment: The view on the high floor is very good, backed by the park, you can take your children to the park next to it. Breakfast: OK, Western style

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .
