房間還算大，衞生也還行，但廁所的花灑有點破舊，掛牆花灑位置剛好在胸口，導致洗澡都要彎腰很低，而且廁所連個掛衣服的都沒有，衹能把衣服放在馬桶蓋上。

我定了五個房間，四個人都已經入住了，但其中一個人自己走的是自己定的房間的訂單；
我是最後一個入住的，晚上9點半到酒店前台，核對這個訂單就花了10幾分鐘，前台有攝像頭，老闆可以查視頻；前台連我們住的是哪些房間都沒有搞清楚，其中有一間房，因為房間空調聲音太大下午check in的時候更換了房間，直到十幾分鍾後我們的同事回來，才把房間核對出來；
然後我就和前台講，一共就是五個人，五間房，並且把所有房間又核對了一下（請問前台小姐是不是事實）；
由於同事都回來第二天與書記開會，我説可以晚一點打電話麼？對方説可以；（已明確衹有這麼多人了）
第二天早上退房的時候，不能及時開發票，我又問了一遍，他們説你大學城電話取消就好；
第二天打電話給攜程，酒店前台説，我沒明確取消，就拒絕給退一間房；
請問曼哈頓酒店老闆，我們是留另一間房給鬼住麼？別説客人已經明確説了，即使沒説，你們不應該打電話再次確認麼？
絕不會再住這樣的酒店，也不希望大家住這樣的酒店； 好無服務，早餐9點粥就沒有了，雞蛋也是涼的
