I chose this hotel because it will open in 2022 and it is close to several places I want to go. I was very disappointed. It is confusing how those good reviews came from. First: the hotel is in a complex building with all kinds of things, but the guidance is extremely inadequate. There are two entrances, two very short and dark elevator entrances. I didn't dare to go in when I first arrived. I asked the waiter why there was no written next to the hotel sign on the outer wall saying "Please go to the fifth floor at the front desk". She insisted with a straight face that it was written. Later, I went in and out several times and looked carefully, and it was indeed not written. Second: The bathroom is full of glass. What is going on inside can be seen clearly from the outside. I called the front desk to ask for a different room. They said that the room was full and asked the waiter to come and apply the film (Ctrip can still book a room at this time). I think there is still this operation. Is it too troublesome for others? I only realized after reading the online reviews that this should be their unique and vulgar design. Since so many guests have complained about such problems, why doesn't the hotel solve them thoroughly? This shows that this hotel completely ignores customer experience and neglects management. Third: This is taking a shower with your life. When the water is turned on, there is a loud bang, and the shower head is like a flood. I finally got it steady in my hand, and found that I had to use all my strength to control the spray. Switching to the top spray is even more funny, and the water splashes up and down, left and right. I had to use the spray to wash casually (the waiter didn't find it when cleaning, and the manager didn't check the room), which made me lose all my good impression of Guiyang. Fourth: The breakfast for this price room is simply rubbish, with few varieties and unpalatable. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the above problems.
