Looked old for a 2 year's old hotel. The lobby is nothing like that of an international hotel. The room was OK, though. But I still didn't like the ambience and moved to another hotel the next day.

The person who made up the room each day was excellent: helpful and cleaned the room meticulously. Unusually good.

We booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too. The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there. Staffs are very friendly. The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts. However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

I would give it 5 stars and full recommendation!

Excellent location, quiet environment

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff, Owen and James were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guiyang.

Good in all aspects

There are many advantages. I stayed here with my partner two or three times. The experience was very good. The bedding was very comfortable. It was very friendly to people who had trouble sleeping and had high requirements for sleep. The cleaning was also very clean. My partner and I like to check in at some hotels when we go to a city. The experience in the VIP building is different. The room card and style are very Guizhou-style, including the reception lady wearing Guizhou-style clothing during breakfast. The price is also very attractive (it may be due to the off-season). Let me praise the small details such as the air conditioner. Although the air conditioner is a central air conditioner, it is really the most powerful air conditioner I have ever seen in a hotel because I don’t like the feeling of blowing air from my head. This air conditioner has no big wind and noise at all. The comfortable temperature makes people think that a constant temperature system is installed. Let me talk about the buttons. The buttons next to the smart toilet, the control panel and the bedside socket are all very textured 7-star hotel standards. I can still recall it after staying here. I left a bag of medicine when I checked out. The front desk called me that night to ask if I needed to mail it and left my contact information. After I replied that I needed to mail it the next day, Miss Yue Haiqin was really efficient and sent it to me directly. The only drawback is that my driver helped me to carry my luggage when I got off the car. The door staff was a little lazy. If the reception service could be strengthened, it would be perfect. In short, the hotel is very convenient, close to everywhere, and the surrounding facilities are quite complete. I think it is a hotel in Guiyang that I would like to visit again besides Sofitel. I hope that the VIP building will get better and better. I will go there again next time.

We randomly booked this hotel on our last day in Guiyang. It was a pleasant surprise when we entered the door. They also helped us with our luggage. We had just come from Qianhu Miao Village. They saw that we had so many bags and wanted them to take them up first, but it was too embarrassing so we refused. The price was also very cheap. I will stay here again next time I have the chance to go to Guiyang~

I have visited Guizhou many times, and choosing Guizhou Hotel this time was a wise move, and I was very happy. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are enthusiastic and warm. The lobby is very grand, the room is very warm, especially the design of the night light is very user-friendly, and the minibar also provides 2 bottles of free soft drinks every day. There are also many elevators, and you can get there with just one click. Service: The breakfast is very rich. Although there are many guests, the restaurant staff turns over the tables very quickly and replenishes the food very quickly. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are many places to eat around, and it is very close to Qianling Mountain. The taxi starts at the starting price. There is also a tourist specialty store opposite the hotel, and the price is not expensive.
