住了3晚，衞生搞得很差。離店時，前台一個女的拉個臉，和她説話“你好，退房”居然不迴應我。 還有酒店一層大廳，門迎愛答不理，一點服務都沒有，3天沒有一點點服務。

貴州太好吃了，酸湯，絲娃娃，太多美味了。我居然因為這個辣椒愛上貴州折耳根了。
酒店在老城區，位置不要太方便，白天去景點，city walk，甲秀樓，美食街都很近。前台很熱情，給了我很多建議。非常感謝，就是忘了問前台小哥名字了

先説優點，酒店位置很好，行政樓層視野絕佳，房間設施齊全，寢具舒適，早餐豐富，餐廳工作人員清理及時。但是，整個酒店的佈局和服務，就不太達得到它的定位。酒店大堂在55層，每次進出房間都要在55層換乘電梯，非常不方便。大堂不在一樓，臨時想到大堂尋求幫助也非常麻煩。而且55層的大堂就有點寒酸和草台班子的感覺，還不如快捷酒店的大堂。酒店的很多設施都老舊了，也不好好維護，服務也跟不上，第一天就發現浴缸的水龍頭漏水，不是滴滴答答的漏，是成流的漏，漏了一地水，反饋了問題説轉天來修，第二天還是那樣，也不知道是客服忘記了通知工程部，還是工程部忘了修，還是根本就沒打算修，衹是敷衍我。馬桶出水是壞的，按壓鈕彈不回來，需要按好幾次才行，不然就一直嘩嘩出水，既浪費又有噪音，但我也不想找前台了，估計説了也沒用。出去吃早餐前按了打掃房間的提示，吃完回來並沒人給打掃，回來一會兒客服服務要來打掃，我問我提示了打掃房間，為什麼等我回房間才來打擾我呢？服務員説她沒看見提示了。這是五星級酒店的服務水平嗎？因為是晚上的航班，預訂酒店時就用積分兑換了延時退房到14：00，也和賓客關係提前説明瞭，但從12：00就各種打電話、敲門問我們什麼時候退房，就是轟我們走唄，這小家子氣的！最後這賓客關係的客服，倒是提前加了微信，但除了登記了車牌、預留了車位，別的作用幾乎沒有，響應極其遲鈍，我發個微信，沒幾小時是不會得到回覆的（我並沒有在夜裡發微信，都是正常人清醒着的時間）。總之，這次貴州行最令我失望的就是這家酒店了，不知道是我運氣不好遇到的都是不盡職的工作人員？還是酒店服務水平就是這樣？還是貴陽城市服務員整體水平就不高？
