酒店美在公區，用力點在服務。
衞生：房間衞生達標
環境：公區環境優美，房間環境相對薄弱
設施：房間設施中規中矩
Brunch（雙人早午餐）:把早餐時間延長到下午一點，期間可以進行兩次用餐，很贊，第二次就餐有種佔便宜的感覺。
服務：我想酒店應該是想在管家服務上出圈的。入住期間遇到的每位員工都可以笑臉相迎，管家也是有求必應👍
1.重點誇誇酒店的水果：入住兩晚都有新鮮果盤，晴王🍇，佳沛金果🥝，火箭筒蘋果🍎，新疆吊幹杏…都是應季新鮮的高品質水果，以及早餐期間的水果（黃金百香果，澳橘🍊…）可以吊打一眾同行。

非常感謝小管家Estrella這幾天的細心照顧，沒想到入住珍珀能給我如此驚喜的禮物，從剛門口的熱情的歡迎儀式再到細心的介紹房間，我們有需要，Etrella都是第一時間協助我，我家的小弟弟也非常喜歡她，後來她還帶我們瞭解酒店的設計和文化底藴，因為我本身也是非常喜歡設計型酒店的，感覺聽她的介紹我才發現酒店的設計竟有如此奧妙和細節在其中，今天就要離開珍珀酒店啦，沒有來得及和我的小管家當麪説聲再見，但是這麼好的酒店，這麼好的小管家，我們下次還回來入住！[愛心][愛心]

🚄地理位置：在貴陽應該是最高級的酒店了，離貴陽北站打車10分鐘左右就到。樓下就是阿雲朵倉。逛吃很舒服。
😃設計：藝術設計感很強，跟我們升級了楓丹白露房間，氛圍舒適。
🤩服務：入住前2天管家就主動聯繫，選擇好想要的枕頭品類，當天還幫忙把一大袋衣服免費拿到旁邊歡朋酒店洗烘乾凈2個小時就送回，這服務在高檔酒店不多見啊！隨時有什麼需求聯繫管家馬上就回應幫忙解決。入住還有一個小小的歡迎儀式。
🍜Brunch（雙人早午餐）:早餐從7點開始一直可以吃到下午1點，11點開始還有特色酸湯小火鍋，這段時間內是無限次用餐，等於中午飯都解決了，還真是第一次見！太棒啦！頂層有個酒吧很不錯的，還有一個像地鐵內部空間，拍照很有意思。一樓有一個麪包房，可以喝咖啡吃點心。還有晚安糖水。

一樓前台一位男士服務態度太差，我在一樓大堂拍照，這位高個子男服務員，多次不友好的來提示我，説話語氣也很不耐煩，好像不讓拍照似的，酒店大堂還不讓拍照了？？沒見過哪個酒店大堂不讓拍照的，真是活久見了，第一次提醒就已經覺得影響心情，不爽了，過了沒一會兒又過來提醒我不要影響其他客人，當時大堂空空如也，除了工作人員一個人都沒有，請問你意思是我拍照影響到你們工作人員了是嗎？？真是影響旅遊心情，這位男服務員差評！
